  主要职责 

• 1. Lead the collection, analysis, and summarization of operating results.

负责收集、分析和总结散货船运营结果。

• 2. Prepare and manage asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.

通过编制和分析帐户信息来准备资产、负债和资本账户汇总。

• 3. Develop and present detailed reports on the company’s financial status including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other necessary reports.

编制反应公司财务状况的详细报告，包括资产负债表、损益表和其他必要的报告。

• 4. Establish and implement financial strategies that align with the business strategies of Venture Shipping Limited.

制定并实施与公司业务战略相一致的财务战略。

• 5. Reconcile financial discrepancies by analyzing account information and operational records.

通过分析帐户信息和运营记录来保证业务财务数据一致性。

• 6. Provide strategic financial insights to assist in decision-making and effective execution of business strategies.

提供战略性财务见解，以协助决策和有效执行业务战略。

• 7. Ensure compliance with relevant countries and regions’ financial legal requirements by familiarizing with new and existing tax legislation.

通过了解新的和现有的税法，确保符合相关国家与地区的财务法律要求。

• 8. Regularly issue commercial fee invoices to third-parties.

定期向第三方所有者开具商业费用发票。

• 9. Utilize and maintain the consistency of business and financial data through our software applications, particularly IMOS.

  资格要求 

1. 1.     Interest in business operations with a willingness to view financial issues from a business perspective.

对业务运营感兴趣，愿意从业务视角看待财务问题。

1. 2.     Respects and utilizes traditional methods but remains flexible and open to innovative approaches.

尊重经验，同时不墨守成规，保持灵活开放的态度。

1. 3.     Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master’s degree or CPA preferred.

拥有会计、金融或相关领域的学士学位；拥有硕士学位或注册会计师资格优先。

1. 4.     Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the shipping industry.

在会计或金融领域拥有至少7年的工作经验，其中至少3年为航运或物流行业的管理职位。

1. 5.     Proficiency in financial software applications, particularly IMOS.

精通财务软件应用程序，尤其是和IMOS系统的对接。

1. 6.     Demonstrated ability to prepare and analyze financial statements and complex reports.

具备编制和分析财务报表及复杂报告的能力。

1. 7.     Proven experience in financial strategy development and implementation.

在财务战略的开发和实施方面具有丰富经验。
