东京备忘录（Tokyo MoU）与巴黎备忘录（Paris MoU）的成员机构将于2025年9月1日至11月30日，开展为期三个月的压载水管理联合集中检查活动（CIC）。
检查将围绕多个方面，包括压载水管理证书、压载水管理计划（BWMP）、船员对 BWMP 实施的熟悉、压载水管理系统的批准及运行情况、压载水记录簿（BWRB）的记录、压载水沉积物管理以及有效的豁免（如有）等。活动期间，每艘船仅接受一次检查，港口国控制官员会通过预设问卷进行评估。
若发现不符合项，港口国可能采取记录缺陷并要求船长限期整改，甚至滞留船舶直至严重缺陷纠正等措施，检查结果将在两个备忘录的网站上公布
