信德海事最新获悉，8 月 15 日，一艘名为 SAKIZAYA ACE的巴拿马籍散货船在菲律宾苏禄海（SULU SEA）发生搁浅事故，截至发稿仍滞留原地。

事故发生时，该轮满载货物，正执行从澳洲黑德兰港到中国台湾麦寮港的运输任务。按计划，船舶将途经苏禄海，北上穿越 Apo East Pass（阿波东水道） 。15 日 10:54 左右，船舶突发搁浅；最初 AIS 显示状态为 “漂航”，15:38 修正为 “搁浅”，目前有拖轮 MTUG ZANIAH 在旁值守。据过往船舶表示，附近有巡航船重复播发遇险信息。
根据船视宝信息显示：SAKIZAYA ACE 船长 225 米、宽 32.25 米，最大吃水 14.14 米，从黑德兰港出发时已达满载吃水；载重吨位 74,936 吨，2013 年建造，由 Wisdom Marine Lines SA 运营。

值得关注的是，7 月 29 日该轮空载南下黑德兰时，吃水仅 7.6 米，走的是同一路线。返程仅调转航线，因船位轻微偏移右侧浅滩，便触发搁浅，具体原因待进一步调查。
