签约！达飞+上港能源，就生物质甲醇加注方面合作

2025年9月18日，达飞集团与上港能源在上海签署 《生物质甲醇加注服务合同》。此次合作标志着崭新的里程碑，为国际航运能源转型和低碳发展注入强劲的绿色动能。

On September 18, 2025, CMA CGM signed the Biomethanol Methanol Bunkering Agreement with SIPG Energy in Shanghai. This collaboration marks a new milestone, injecting strong green momentum into the energy transition and low-carbon development of the international shipping industry.

此次签约是落实今年3月20日达飞集团、上港能源和上海电气共同签署的生物质甲醇长期供应合作框架协议的重大举措。根据该协议，上海电气集团将为达飞集团提供中远期生物质甲醇燃料供应。通过与上港集团的合作，生物质甲醇将从吉林洮南生产基地运输至上海港为达飞集团船舶加注。

It represents a major step to fulfill the framework agreement on long-term Biomethanol supply signed by CMA CGM, SIPG Energy and Shanghai Electric Group on March 20 this year. Under this agreement, Shanghai Electric Group will provide mid-to-long-term biomethanol methanol fuel supply, transported from production base in Taonan, Jilin province to Shanghai port, for CMA CGM.

此次合同的正式签署标志着构筑生物质甲醇全产业链的战略合作迈入实施阶段。首期合作将持续至2030年。

The formal signing of the agreement indicated that the strategic cooperation to build a comprehensive biomethanol methanol industrial chain has entered the implementation phase. The initial phase of the collaboration will extend until 2030.

值得关注的是，上海电气在吉林洮南的生物质甲醇项目已于7月15日正式投产，全球首期风电制绿氢耦合生物质气化合成绿色甲醇顺利产出。根据此次合同，上港能源将构建中国北方港口至上海港的高效储运体系，为达飞集团甲醇动力船舶在上海港靠港装卸货物期间同步提供生物质甲醇燃料加注服务。

It is worth noting that Shanghai Electric’s biomethanol project in Taonan, officially commenced operation on July 15. The world’s first project utilizing wind power to produce green hydrogen coupled with biomass gasification for biomethanol methanol synthesis has successfully produced the first batch of biomethanol. Based on this agreement, SIPG Energy will establish an efficient delivery system including storage and transportation from northern China to Shanghai Port and simultaneous biomethanol methanol bunkering for CMA CGM’s methanol-powered vessels during cargo operations at Shanghai port.
