岗位职责Tasks &Responsibilities

Manage a small engineering project, from start to finish, or one phase of a large project, so that it is completed on time and within budget.

KeyActivities:

  1. Design,communicate and Implement an established project plan;

  2. Monitor progress and performance against the project plan, take action to resolvesimple operational problems and minimizes delays;

  3. Identify,resolve, or escalate operational problems and minimizes delays.

  4. Analyzeproject requirements and perform standard technical calculations;

  5.Coordinate the activities of outside contractors to ensure they are integratedinto the project and that the organization receives satisfactory standards ofservice.

  6. Estimatethe costs, resources, and time required to complete the assigned phase of anengineering project and monitor activities;

  7. Allocateresources and assign tasks to ensure these targets are met.

  8. Conductproject meetings and prepare regular reports to communicate the status of theproject within and beyond the project team.

  9. Setpriorities, allocate tasks, and coordinate project staff to meet projecttargets and milestones.

10. Master IFS project module, handle smallprojects through IFS system.

任职资格Qualification: 

  1. Bachelor’s degree orabove;

  2. Majored in a mechanicalor engineering field;

  3. Familiar with allcompany products;

  4. Good command ofMandarin, Ability to communicate in English;

  5. Independent worker,Team-player, Strong in motivation, coordination etc.

  6. Over 3 years Mechanical Design work experience at least;

  7. With good timemanagement, analytical, skills and proficient in use of AutoCAD and MicrosoftOffice Soft wares etc.

销售/销售经理 Sales/Sales Manager --工作地点：苏州

岗位职责Tasks and Responsibilities 

Primary Objective: Fulfill the annual sales goal.

KeyActivities:

1. Owned existing resources to a solidindustry: customer database/competitor database/main suppliers, etc.

2. Good communication skill with customerto know their real demand, make offer by him/herself, at the same time, he/shecan get internal support from sales support engineer/application engineer.

3.  Conduct commercialnegotiation (technical & commercial) and close orders with end customerquickly.

4.  Fulfill personal sales target in orderto support company overall sales targets every year Communicate customercontinuously to find the new needs during project execution. Generate newprojects by good performance.

5.  Make detail customer visit plan

6.  Make detail visit report after visit

7.  Entertainment with customer to buildcustomer relationship under control of company policy.

8.  Support other salesteam members as necessary

任职资格 Qualification：

1. Bachelor degree or above

2. Major in mechanical, metalize, energy, environmental etc. incineration/ chemical/ steel as priority.

3. At least 5 years working experience in regarding sales.

4. Good spoken and written skill in English/Mandarin languages, good time     management, analytical, familiar with public bidding process.

5. Used to work under high pressure, used to have frequent/long time traveling.

技术支持应用工程师 Technical Support Application Engineer  --工作地点：上海

Tasks & Responsibilities工作职责:

Primary Objective:

• Competitiveness ofproposal or solution compared to competitors

• Hit rate among caseswhich he/she supported

Key Activities:

1. Back office Support forCS sales team; making proposal, solution calculation, sales/quotation drawingpreparation.

2. Be in charge the tasks inTask Management System of QSS APAC.

3. Internally communicationwith QSS to improve new application or technology.

4. Together with sales,communicate with customers to understand and verify customer requirements,prepare offer together with internal sales.

5. Identify market needs,activity and new trends & applications in on d/c market.

6. Other tasks assigned bySuperior.

Requirements 要求

• Bachelor degree or above.

• Major in HVAC, metallurgy, mechanicaleng, environmental etc.
