在招岗位

• Design, communicate, and implement an operational plan for completing the project 
• Monitor progress and performance against the project plan; take action to resolve operational problems and minimizes delays
• Identify, develop, and gather the resources necessary to complete the project include preparing engineering standards, designs and work specifications
• Developing project schedules, budgets and forecasts
• If necessary, attend the action of the selecting materials, equipment, project staff, and external contractors
• Estimate the costs, resources, and time required to complete an engineering project and monitor activities, allocate resources, and assign tasks to ensure these targets are met. Liaise with other operational areas in the organization to secure specialized resources and contributions for the project
• Select, and manage the activities of outside contractors to ensure they are integrated into the project and that the organization receives satisfactory standards of service
• Conduct project meetings and prepare regular reports to communicate the status of the project within and beyond the project team
• Set priorities, allocate tasks, and coordinate project staff to meet project targets and milestones

• Bachelor or above degree is must 
• Engineering background preferred
• 5 years or more of product sales work in manager position
• Have the project manager experience
• Experience from sales to industry like metal manufacturing, automotive, machining
• Experience from areas like tools selling, welding, dust cleaning, filtration, fans, air conditioning
• Good communication and presentation skill
• Good spoken English
• Proficient in Chinese

Responsibility: 

• Commit to Nederman Sourcing Strategy and Development of EFT China Sourcing Plan and Drive sourcing process Programs

• Frame Contract Management and Compliance to meet Nederman Policies (Code of Conduct, NDA, QHSE, Sustainability etc.)

• Periodical Local Market trends, Cost/Spend analysis, tracking and reporting; maintain “Master Data of Purchasing” in the ERP (IFS10), including but not limited to “primary vendors, purchasing prices, purchasing costs (overhead rates) etc.”

• Conducting RFI/Q/P (Req. for Information/Quotation/information/Proposal) processes, minimizing risk and maximizing value in terms of quality, delivery, and cost

• Responsible for local opportunities, sourcing and consolidation, collaboration with other departments in EFT China to drive any opportunities of reducing risk of supply chain, reducing of wasted time, reducing spending, better supplying continually

• Responsible for “project sourcing” both for local/APAC “C.S” projects and “Turnkey” projects on supplying of right products and services

• Support other Entities in Nederman EFT Divisions on supplier management -auditing, contracting / negotiations, and performance review etc.

• Drives the new suppliers, purchasing parts and service process qualifications

• Support both local and divisional commercial strategy

• Evaluates current and prospective suppliers through supplier reviews, site visits and audits to improve supplier performance including but not limited to Lead time, OTD and Quality

• Build a scalable and flexible local supply base, effectively communicates with, and maintains the highest degree of relations between the Company and all levels of supplier personnel

• Builds strong relationships with internal customers to meet defined objectives

• Employees may be assigned other duties in addition to, or in lieu of those described above, according to the needs of the location or Company Specific deliverables of the position

• 30-50% travel is necessary in China or APAC

• University graduate, major in mechanical and/or electrical engineering
• 5+ years sourcing and supplier management experience in a manufacturing company
• Team working, willing to provide satisfactory service to internal customers
• Integrity and honesty, complying with compliance/legal company process and rules strictly
• Hands-on person who is willing do a lot of work himself with little day-to-day monitoring
• Good at negotiating the purchase terms, agreement or commercial contract with suppliers
• Pro-active attitude to learn new knowledge in an organization
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in oral and written English

• 负责设备组装及装配后测试打包及相关质量控制要求
• 协助并遵守安全生产的相关要求
• 协助并遵守ISO/6S管理相关要求
• 协助并遵守公司年度盘点计划及月度轮盘计划的有效实行
• 主管安排的其他工作事宜

• 高中以上学历
• 两年以上机械操作工等相关工作经验者优先
• 有电气工作经验者优先
• 有叉车证者优先
• 有特殊设备操作证者优先
• 认真负责，诚实勤恳者，有团队意识
