2015年9月16日-18日尼的曼公司与苏州某经销商共同参加“2015中国（昆山）国际工业粉尘防爆与治理技术展览会暨中国(昆山)安全生产及职业健康论坛”，本次展会由中国机械工业联合会、东北大学工业爆炸及防护研究所共同组织，旨在进一步完善生产安全标准及标准体系，改善作业环境，推动安全生产科技进步。为了贴切本次展会防爆的主题，尼的曼展出的样机为FMCZ和Filterbox。尼的曼技术经理Anchor Liu在本次展会上做了粉尘防爆解决方案的演讲。本次展会很好的推广了尼的曼的品牌和产品，加深了参观者对尼的曼防爆产品和系统的认识，体现了尼的曼在防爆领域的专业性，为以后项目的合作奠定基础。

Problem客户问题:
该客户主要以切割为主，一台为龙门式大数控、两台便携式数控。该客户主要切割碳钢以及不锈钢板材，当这些切割机同时工作时，对车间的环境和工人身体健康影响很大。
The main problem of the customer is cutting, one is gantry CNC and two are portable CNC. The customer is mainly cutting carbon steel and stainless steel plate. It has bad effect to the environment of the plant and workers’ health when the CNC working at same time.

尼的曼使用吹吸式方法，对切割烟尘进行源头捕捉。并提供FMC200-10A,18.5KW风机。

该客户工厂内有新进管道相贯线切割机设备，分别为摩擦盘式和卡盘式。当切割机工作时，会产生大量的粉尘，严重影响了工人身体健康和工厂环境。
The customer has a pipeline cutting machine, respectively for the friction disc and clamp. When this equipment is working, there is a large amount of dust was produced which seriously affected the workers' health and factory’s environment.
Nederman Solution尼的曼解决方案:
根据客户基本要求,尼的曼建议采用Filtermax F60。Filtermax F60 +立式变径过渡风箱（非标）+摩擦轮隔烟罩（非标）。Filtermax F60 +连接法兰+除尘管道。
According to the requires from customer, Nederman recommended to use Filtermax F60. Filtermax F60 + bellows (non-standard) + hood (non-standard). Filtermax F60 + flange + pipe.
