Sales Manager—Oil Mist

Key Activities:

• Responsible for oil mist sales in China

• Together with the TSD, develop, implement and follow up the sales strategy for solutions sales oil mist

• Together with sales team, make and implement sales plans for sales in mainland China

• Work closely with Product Sales team to develop and coordinate offering to customers

• Actively participate in sales work and work hands-on together with the sales people and resellers/dealers to increase sales within present segments and to develop sales to new segments

• Together with marketing department, participate in making and implementing marketing plans for sales in mainland China

• Responsible for annual sales budget of oil mist sales in China

• Work closely together with engineering, project management, after-sales and service teams in China

• Together with the technical support, further develop the customer support and after-sales service function

• Other tasks assigned by Superior

Qualification：

• Relevant university degree

• Min. 8 years of relevant working experience

• Min. 5 years in industrial filtration business

• Min. 3 years sales team management experience, with good track record of managing sales teams successfully

• Ability to build strong sales teams

• Ability to develop him/herself and his/her subordinates

• Ability to motivate and develop staff

• Ability to build relationships with key customers that are at high levels within their organizations

• Hand-on way of working (not a manager only, but able and willing to put feet-on-the-street for sales as well)

• Native Chinese with fluent Mandarin

• Good command of written and spoken English

• Good presentation and Communications skills

• Honest and responsible

• Target oriented team player

Preferred

• Experience from both direct and distributor sales

• Working experience from foundry, metal or non-ferrous industry

• Experience from working in a foreign company
