2015年6月3日尼的曼公司在西安举办研讨会，本次研讨会详细介绍了尼的曼公司的历史，现状，产品和系统，主要从事的行业和相关产品，各行业的成功案例，特别是航空行业的案例。本次研讨会由尼的曼的西北区经理主持。
本次研讨会很好的推广尼的曼的品牌和产品，加深了参与集团对尼的曼公司产品和系统的认识，为以后项目的合作奠定基础。

Problem客户问题:
在科马的生产车间里，有5个手工焊接工位，用于机器人夹具工具的焊接，操作过程会产生大量烟尘。
In the workshop of Comau, there are 5 manual welding station for Comau robot welding fixture. A large amount of dust will be produced during the operation which will harm the workers’ health.
Nederman Solution尼的曼解决方案:
采用FMC 4A主机，每个点使用5个延伸臂和4米吸气臂。
Using FMC4A dust collector,5 sets of extended arm with 4m original arms each point.
Results and Comments安装效果与评价:
吸尘效果客户非常满意。吸尘臂和延生臂的组合也非常灵活。
The customer is satisfied with the performance of dust extraction and the dexterity of the extended arm.

Case Story Ⅱ
Problem客户问题:
机器人焊接和人工焊接时，大量的烟尘产生，危害工人的身体，需要对焊烟进行处理。
When robots and people are welding，producing a lot of welding smoke，which is harmful to workers’ health. The customer need to handle the welding smoke problem。
Nederman Solution尼的曼解决方案:
4个工人小件焊接区域，使用4根活动臂，吸收产生的烟尘。4个工人大件焊接区域，使用4个可移动式的吸风罩,吸收产生的烟尘。4个机器人焊接工作站，管道直接接到机器人工作站上。系统主机选用MJC927/66/8-8，风量24000m³/h。
Four manual small welding area, using 4m original arms to handle the welding dust. Four manual big welding area, using the removal hood to handle the welding dust. Four welding robot workstation, the pipe directly connected to the robot workstation above to handle the welding dust. Using MJC 927/66/8-8，the air volume is 24000m³/h.
Results and Comments安装效果与评价:
大大改善了车间内的工作环境，提升了工厂的对外形象。保护了工人的身体健康，一定程度上避免了职业病的发生。完全达到当地环保部门的排放标准和要求。
