盛嘉线上竞价平台买家须知
竞价活动遵循合法、合规、公开、公平、公正、诚信的原则，具备完整的法律效力。参加竞价活动的用户须认真仔细阅读本《盛嘉线上竞价平台竞价操作须知》的全部内容，且必须遵守本须知的各项条款，并对自己的行为承担法律责任。本须知所有条款仅适用中国法律。
文中所指的平台或平台方，即为盛嘉（嘉兴）拍卖有限公司所有的“盛嘉线上竞价平台”，该平台仅面向皮张类商品开展竞价销售，以下“商品”如无特别诠释，均指皮张类商品（或货物）。
一、竞价参与条件
须同时满足以下三个条件方能参与竞价活动：
1.具有完全民事行为能力的自然人和合法存续的法人，完全了解并同意全面遵守注册协议、隐私政策等平台相关要求或规则等。
2.在规定时间内完成注册和实名认证、并缴纳报名保证金。
3.平台竞价主体须与线下对应的业务往来主体保持一致。
二、竞价报名
1.每场竞价活动之前，将以平台公告形式告知用户报名开始和截止时间。未在截止时间内完成报名的，将无法参与当期竞价活动。
2.所有竞价报名均在线上完成，且由平台审核确认后方为有效报名，不接受线下或者口头报名。
3.用户在平台申请报名后，应在公告要求的时间内完成当期竞价活动要求的保证金缴纳事宜，如未按时全额缴纳保证金则报名无效。每期竞价活动都需缴纳保证金，缴纳成功以平台方确认到账为准。保证金收款账户以平台公示的信息为准。
4.如用户在当期竞价活动期间有成交，则保证金优先冲抵相关费用和成交价款。
5.如用户在当期竞价活动期间没有成交、撤销报名、抵扣相关费用等之后保证金有剩余的，将统一在当期竞价活动结束后3个工作日内无息退还用户。
6.用户报名则代表用户本人知悉并愿意遵守平台和竞价活动等相关规则，对竞价商品信息已经全面了解无异议，并承认在竞价活动期间，个人在平台的所有行为系自己真实意思表示。
7.经平台评估市场发生重大变化，会严重影响原定竞价活动的，平台有权取消或延期相关竞价活动。
三、拍品与验货
1.所有竞价商品均按本平台分级体系进行级别标识，该标识不完全等同于现行其他拍卖行的分级标识，用户应当充分识别，如有疑问用户可在确认参拍前与平台方进行沟通了解。
2.本平台所有竞价商品相关的文字、图片、视频的描述等，平台都要求卖家力求准确、详细，但也可能存在一定的误差，仅供参考，建议用户在验货环节仔细实地查看竞价商品，自行判断其价值和品质，商品以实物实际状况为准。
3.每场竞价活动之前，将以平台公告形式告知用户验货时间与地点，用户可亲自验货，认真确认竞价商品的实际情况，未亲自验货的用户视为对所竞价商品现状的全面确认，用户须慎重决定竞价行为，用户一旦做出竞价决定，即表明已完全了解并接受所竞价商品的现状和一切已知及未知的质量等状况。
四、竞价规则告知
1.本平台竞价币种为人民币，起拍价为最低出价，出价大于等于起拍价即可成交，竞价时间内无人出价则默认流拍。如多笔出价，则按照价格优先、时间优先的方式判定成交结果。若成交则对应络号的商品信息将显示为橙色。
2.现行出价梯度：当前出价小于等于350元（指每个单位的商品，以下同）每次加价2元（指每个单位的商品，以下同），355-800元（含）每次加价5元；大于800元每次加价10元。出价梯度存在不定期调整的可能，具体以平台公告为准。
3.用户点击“出价”即具备民事法律行为效力，且不得撤回。
4.竞价活动开始后，报名成功的用户即可在平台出价。竞价环节开始后，将按照品种依次竞价，用户需自行关注竞价进展，避免错过竞价时间。
5.进入最终竞价环节后，平台将按络号依次成交，每络竞价倒计时30秒（后续如有调整则以竞价环节的实际显示为准），30秒内如有用户出价，则此络倒计时刷新为15秒（后续如有调整则以竞价环节的实际显示为准）。此络成交后下一络开始倒计时。
6.平台竞价成交价格已涵盖商品货款、增值税费。
7.平台竞价活动结束后3个工作日内付清所有款项，且须在7个工作日内完成提货，否则将额外收取因超期提货而多出的进口清关费、代理费、仓储费。
8.竞价活动所有相关时间，均以平台显示的时间为准。
9.用户应遵守诚实信用原则，不得发生恶意出价、串通出价、干扰出价等违规行为。一经发现，平台有权取消其竞拍资格，并追究相应法律责任。
10.如因用户操作不当或操作失误而造成的任何损失，由用户自行承担。
11.本平台严禁卖家以一切方式进行竞价行为。
五、付款
1.在当期竞价活动结束后1个工作日内，将在平台给竞价成功的用户发布最终费用账单，均以人民币进行结算，付款金额以此账单为准。
2.竞价成功（即成交，以下同）的用户，须在平台当期账单发布后24小时内支付30%的成交价款项作为预付款，剩余70%成交价款项及佣金须在竞价结束后3个工作日内完成支付。到账时间和金额以平台方实际到账为准。
3.若用户在竞价成功后未按照上述本条第1、2款要求完成相关付款事宜的，即视为违约（即悔拍），平台将有权采取以下措施：
1)平台有权全额扣除用户缴纳的保证金，以弥补平台在竞价活动中的损失。
2)平台有权将该商品重新竞价，原违约用户不得再次参加此次竞价，且若重新竞价的价格低于原成交价，原违约用户需补足差价（违约用户已付至平台的预付款将优先用于抵作差价后，剩余部分由平台方向违约用户退回）。
3)平台有权单方面终止与违约用户的后续合作，并根据违约严重程度追究其法律责任。
4.本平台公示的收款账户为本平台所有相关业务的唯一收款账户。
5.竞价活动中买家用户应承担对应的费用项目，详见下表：

六、商品交付
1.平台确认买家用户全额支付所有费用后即可进入提货环节，买家可根据平台相关规则与自身需求进行选择，具体如下：
1）提货方式分为买家自提、平台配送两种，平台配送仅限余姚、海宁、崇福三个地区（目的地），其余地区暂不支持，只能自提；
2）单次提货大于等于10000张的，平台免费配送，小于10000张的，建议自提，如需平台配送则需要收取配送费用（含装卸），保税仓货物统一800元/趟，非保税仓货物仅支持自提。
3）单次自提大于等于1000张或一次性自提完所有货物的，不额外收费，单次自提少于1000张的，平台将按500元/次收取服务费；
4）如要自提，需自行安排人、车前往，自行负责装卸和运输，平台派人核对确认提货箱号，协助货物出关、出库；
2.买家在提货前一天将提货人信息（姓名、身份证号、电话号）以文字形式在平台发送给平台客服；提货人携带身份证原件到指定地点提货，如提货人未携带证件或身份与买家提供的人员身份不一致的，平台将不予发货。
3.货物交割时须买家当面清点，并在提货单上签字确认，一经确认即视为交付，买家再无争议，风险由买家自行承担。发货人将已签字的提货单拍照在平台上发送给买家知晓。
七、仓储服务
正常仓储业务费用标准为水貂0.01元/张/天，狐狸0.04元/张/天。平台竞价活动结束后3个工作日内付清所有款项，并在7个工作日内提货的，免一般仓储费；否则额外收取滞仓仓储费水貂0.015元/张/天，狐狸0.06元/张/天。如需继续储存，则提前1日联系平台方办理委托继续如到期不提货且未有效办理继续仓储业务的，则平台将有权代收代付给仓储服务提供方（或由买家直接支付给仓储服务提供方）滞仓仓储费，买家用户须补齐滞留费用后方能提货。
八、特别说明：
1.保税仓内所有货物受中国海关监管，用户须对此明确知晓，用户参与竞价保税仓内货物的行为，将同时被视为用户另行委托了宁波市勃翼贸易有限公司为其代理进口竞价货物，用户须与宁波市勃翼贸易有限公司另行签署《代理进口协议》，如因用户个人原因未及时与代理公司完成相关业务流程，整个交易时间延误而导致的各相关方经济损失，由用户自行承担。
2.如因平台服务器故障、网络传输线路（电信、网通等）故障、黑客攻击、政府行为、国家政策的突然变动等不可力抗的原因，造成平台竞价活动不能正常进行的，导致各相关方产生经济损失的，平台方不承担任何责任。但平台方将全力排除故障，解决问题，尽快恢复竞价平台的正常运行。
3.为确保网络传输的安全，保障用户的利益，平台方将对网络信息的传输采用数据加密处理，但无法完全保证电子信息绝对安全。
4.为保障用户账户安全以及竞价活动的正常秩序，平台禁止用户账号同时给多人使用，且一个账号只能同时在一个设备上登录。若用户自己将账号相关信息（账号、登录密码、登录验证码、交易密码等）泄露或委托给他人使用，产生相关损失与争议的，由用户自己承担全部责任。
5.以上竞价活动规则，平台方后续可能做出调整，具体以平台公告为准。
6.其他适用于互联网站的中华人民共和国法律法规规定的有关免责条款，同样适用于本竞价平台。

Buyer’s Notice for Sunjoy Online Bidding Platform
Bidding activities adhere to the principles of legality, compliance, transparency, fairness, justice, and integrity, and carry complete legal effect. Users participating in bidding activities must carefully read all the contents of this "Bidding Operation Notice for Sunjoy Online Bidding Platform," and must comply with all terms of this notice, bearing legal responsibility for their actions. All terms in this notice are governed by Chinese law.
The platform or platform party referred to in this document is the " Sunjoy Online Bidding Platform" owned by Sunjoy (Jiaxing) Auction Co., Ltd. This platform is exclusively for bidding sales of leather goods. The term "goods" here refers to leather goods (or merchandise) unless otherwise specified.
1. Conditions for Participation in Bidding
Participants must meet the following three conditions to engage in bidding activities:
1.1.Individuals with full civil capacity and legally established entities must fully understand and agree to comply with the registration agreement, privacy policy, and other relevant platform requirements or rules.
1.2.Registration and real-name authentication must be completed within the specified time frame, along with the payment of the registration deposit.
1.3.The bidding entity on the platform must be consistent with the corresponding offline business entity.
2. Bidding Registration
2.1.Before each bidding activity, users will be informed of the start and end times for registration through a platform announcement. Users who do not complete registration by the deadline will be unable to participate in the current bidding activity.
2.2.All bidding registrations must be completed online and will only be considered valid after confirmation by the platform. Offline or verbal registrations are not accepted.
2.3.After applying for registration on the platform, users must complete the payment of the required deposit within the time specified in the announcement. If the deposit is not paid in full and on time, the registration will be invalid. A deposit must be paid for each bidding activity, and successful payment will be confirmed by the platform upon receipt. The deposit collection account will be based on the information published by the platform.
2.4.If a user successfully completes a transaction during the current bidding activity, the deposit will be applied first to offset related fees and the transaction price.
2.5.If a user does not complete any transactions during the current bidding activity, withdraws their registration, or offsets related fees, any remaining deposit will be refunded to the user without interest within three working days after the end of the bidding activity.
2.6.By registering, the user acknowledges that they are aware of and willing to comply with the platform and bidding activity rules, that they have fully understood the information regarding the bidding items without objection, and that all actions taken on the platform during the bidding activity represent their true intentions.
2.7.If the platform assesses that significant market changes occur that severely impact the scheduled bidding activity, the platform reserves the right to cancel or postpone the relevant bidding activity.
3. Auction Items and Inspection
3.1.All bidding items are categorized according to the platform's grading system. This grading may not be directly equivalent to the grading systems used by other auction houses, and users should recognize this difference. If there are any questions, users are encouraged to communicate with the platform for clarification before confirming their participation in the auction.
3.2.The platform requires sellers to provide accurate and detailed descriptions, including text, images, and videos related to all bidding items. However, there may still be some discrepancies, and such descriptions are for reference only. Users are advised to carefully inspect the bidding items in person during the inspection phase and to independently assess their value and quality. The actual condition of the items takes precedence.
3.3.Before each bidding activity, users will be notified of the inspection time and location through a platform announcement. Users may personally inspect the items and carefully confirm the actual condition of the bidding items. Users who do not personally inspect the items will be deemed to have fully confirmed the current condition of the auctioned items. Users must make careful decisions regarding their bidding actions. Once a user makes a bidding decision, it indicates that they have fully understood and accepted the current condition of the auctioned items, including all known and unknown quality issues.
4. Bidding Rules Notification
4.1.The bidding currency on this platform is Chinese Yuan (RMB). The starting price is the minimum bid amount, and a bid equal to or greater than the starting price will result in a successful transaction. If no bids are placed during the bidding period, the item will be considered unsold. In the case of multiple bids, the transaction result will be determined based on price priority and time priority. If a transaction occurs, the corresponding item information will be displayed in orange.
4.2.Current bidding increments are as follows: for bids of 350 RMB or less (for each unit of product), the increment is 2 RMB; for bids between 355 and 800 RMB (inclusive), the increment is 5 RMB; for bids exceeding 800 RMB, the increment is 10 RMB. The bidding increments are subject to periodic adjustments, as specified in platform announcements.
4.3.Clicking "Bid" constitutes a civil legal action and cannot be withdrawn.
4.4.After the bidding activity begins, successfully registered users may place bids on the platform. Bidding will occur sequentially by category, and users should monitor the bidding progress to avoid missing the bidding time.
4.5.Once entering the final bidding phase, the platform will conduct transactions in order according to item numbers, with a countdown of 30 seconds for each item (any adjustments will be based on the actual display during the bidding phase). If a user places a bid within the 30 seconds, the countdown for that item will start counting down from 15th second (subsequent adjustments will be based on the actual display during the bidding phase). After the transaction for one item, the countdown for the next item will begin.
4.6.The final transaction price on the platform includes the purchase price of the item and value-added tax.
4.7.All payments must be settled within three working days after the bidding activity ends, and items must be picked up within seven working days; otherwise, additional import clearance fees, agency fees, and storage fees will be charged.
4.8.All relevant times for the bidding activity are based on the time displayed on the platform.
4.9.Users must adhere to the principles of honesty and integrity and must not engage in malicious bidding, collusive bidding, or interference with bids. If any violations are discovered, the platform reserves the right to cancel their bidding eligibility and pursue corresponding legal responsibilities.
4.10.Any losses incurred due to user operational errors or mistakes shall be borne by the user.
4.11.The platform strictly prohibits sellers from engaging in any form of bidding behaviour.
5. Payment
5.1.Within one working day after the bidding activity ends, the platform will issue a final billing statement to users who successfully completed their bids. All settlements will be made in Chinese Yuan (RMB), and the payment amount will be based on this billing statement.
5.2.Users who have successfully bid (i.e., completed a transaction) must pay 30% of the transaction price as a deposit within 24 hours after the billing statement is issued on the platform. The remaining 70% of the transaction price and commission must be paid within three working days after the bidding ends. The actual time and amount received will be based on the platform's actual receipt.
5.3.If a user fails to complete the relevant payment matters as required in paragraphs 1 and 2 of this section after a successful bid, it will be considered a breach of contract (i.e., withdrawal from the bid). The platform will have the right to take the following actions:
5.3.1.The platform has the right to deduct the full amount of the user's deposit to compensate for the losses incurred by the platform during the bidding activity.
5.3.2.The platform has the right to re-auction the item, and the original defaulting user will not be allowed to participate in this re-auction. If the re-auction price is lower than the original transaction price, the original defaulting user must make up the difference (the deposit already paid by the defaulting user will be used first to offset the difference, and any remaining amount will be refunded to the defaulting user by the platform).
5.3.3.The platform has the right to unilaterally terminate subsequent cooperation with the defaulting user and pursue legal responsibility based on the severity of the breach.
5.4.The payment account published by the platform is the only payment account for all related business of this platform.
5.5.Buyer users are responsible for the corresponding fee items during the bidding activity, as detailed in the following table:

1. Storage fees incurred for goods that have been successfully bid on and are to be picked up by the buyer within 3 days (hereinafter referred to as general storage fees).
2. Storage fees incurred due to the buyer's failure to pick up the goods in a timely manner (hereinafter referred to as overdue storage fees).
3. If all payments are settled within three working days after the bidding activity ends, and the goods are picked up within seven working days, general storage fees will be waived; otherwise, overdue storage fees will be charged.

6. Delivery of Goods
6.1.The platform will enter the pickup phase once the buyer has fully paid all fees. Buyers can choose according to the platform's relevant rules and their own needs, as follows:
6.1.1.There are two delivery methods: buyer self-pickup and platform delivery. Platform delivery is limited to the regions of Yuyao, Haining, and Chongfu; other regions currently do not support delivery and can only be picked up by the buyer.
6.1.2.For a single pickup of 10,000 units or more, the platform will provide free delivery. For fewer than 10,000 units, self-pickup is recommended. If platform delivery is required, a delivery fee (including loading and unloading) will be charged. For goods in bonded warehouses, the fee is a uniform rate of CNY 800 per trip; non-bonded warehouse goods can only be picked up by the buyer.
6.1.3.For a single self-pickup of 1,000 units or more or if all goods are picked up at once, no additional fee will be charged. For a single self-pickup of fewer than 1,000 units, the platform will charge a service fee of CNY 500 per trip.
6.1.4.If self-pickup is required, the buyer must arrange their own personnel and vehicle, and they are responsible for loading, unloading, and transportation. The platform will send personnel to verify and confirm the pickup box number and assist with customs clearance and logistics.
6.2.The buyer must send the information of the person picking up the goods (name, ID number, phone number) in writing to the platform's customer service one day before the pickup. The person picking up the goods must bring their original ID to the designated location. If the person does not bring identification or if their identity does not match the information provided by the buyer, the platform will not release the goods.
6.3.At the time of delivery, the buyer must check the goods in person and sign the pickup slip to confirm. Once confirmed, it will be considered delivered, and the buyer will have no further disputes; the risk will be borne by the buyer. The sender will take a photo of the signed pickup slip and send it to the buyer via the platform for acknowledgment.
7. Storage Services
The standard fee for normal storage services is for mink CNY 0.01/pcs/day, for fox CNY 0.04/pcs/day. If all payments are settled within three working days after the bidding activity ends, and the goods are picked up within seven working days, general storage fees will be waived; otherwise, overdue storage fees for mink CNY 0.015/pcs/day, for fox CNY 0.06/pcs/day will be charged. If continued storage is required, the buyer must contact the platform one day in advance to arrange for the extension. If the goods are not picked up by the expiration date and the continued storage process is not effectively handled, the platform has the right to collect and pay the overdue storage fees to the storage service provider (or the buyer may pay directly to the storage service provider). The buyer must settle any overdue fees before they can pick up the goods.
8. Special Notes
8.1.All goods in bonded warehouses are subject to supervision by the Chinese Customs. Users must be fully aware of this. Participation in the bidding of goods in bonded warehouses will also be considered as the user authorizing Ningbo Boyi Trading Co., Ltd. to act as their agent for importing the auctioned goods. Users must separately sign an "Agency Import Agreement" with Ningbo Boyi Trading Co., Ltd. If the user fails to complete the relevant business processes with the agency company in a timely manner due to personal reasons, resulting in delays to the entire transaction timeline and economic losses to all parties involved, the user will bear full responsibility.
8.2.If the platform's bidding activities are unable to proceed normally due to force majeure events such as server failures, network transmission line failures (e.g., telecom, China Unicom), hacker attacks, government actions, or sudden changes in national policies, the platform will not be liable for any economic losses incurred by any parties involved. However, the platform will make every effort to eliminate faults, resolve issues, and restore normal operation of the bidding platform as soon as possible.
8.3.To ensure the security of network transmission and protect users' interests, the platform will use data encryption for the transmission of network information, but it cannot guarantee that electronic information is absolutely secure.
8.4.To ensure the security of user accounts and the orderly conduct of bidding activities, the platform prohibits multiple users from using the same account simultaneously, and each account can only be logged in on one device at a time. If users disclose their account-related information (account number, login password, login verification code, transaction password, etc.) or authorize others to use their account, they will bear all responsibility for any related losses and disputes.
8.5.The bidding activity rules may be adjusted by the platform in the future, and the specifics will be based on platform announcements.
8.6.Other relevant exemption clauses stipulated by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China applicable to websites shall also apply to this bidding platform.

Sunjoy (Jiaxing) Auction Co., Ltd. values your privacy protection. This privacy policy aims to explain how the platform collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information. Please read the following content carefully to understand how the platform handles your personal (or your company's, hereinafter referred to as "you" or "individual," including entities such as companies) information. 1. Information Collected by the Platform
1.1. 4.1. The platform will not disclose your personal information to unnecessary parties involved in the business process in any form unless your explicit consent is obtained or required by law.
4.2. The platform may share your personal information with third parties in the following situations:

SUNJOY Online Bidding Platform Buyer Registration Agreement
Welcome to register as a user of the Sunjoy (Jiaxing) Auction Co., Ltd. online bidding platform (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform"). Before registering, please read this registration agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") carefully to ensure that you fully understand the terms herein. This Agreement will be considered accepted by you upon clicking the "Agree to Register" button, and it will have legal binding force on both parties.
1. Scope of the Agreement
1.1. This agreement covers your rights and obligations when using the various services provided by this platform.
1.2. This agreement may be updated as the platform develops. The updated agreement will be published on the platform, and your continued use of the services signifies your acceptance of the updated agreement.
2. User Registration
2.1. Registration is divided into guest registration and formal registration. Guest registration only requires you to fill in your mobile number and complete the phone verification. As a guest, you can view relevant announcements and preview the platform interface but cannot participate in bidding activities. You can complete formal registration and enjoy all the services and features of the platform after completing the necessary real-name authentication.
2.2. In accordance with relevant national laws and regulations, and to ensure the legality and legitimate rights and interests of you, seller users, and the platform during the use of the platform, you are required to provide the following necessary personal real information and complete the real-name authentication during registration:
2.2.1 The real name of the registering entity. Individuals must provide their full name, while corporate legal persons and individual business owners must provide the full name of the entity as stated on the business license.
2.2.2 A valid contact number, email address, and physical address of the individual.
2.2.3 Upload corresponding identification documents: individuals must upload images of both sides of their ID card, while corporate legal persons and individual business owners must upload a scanned copy of the business license and images of both sides of the legal representative's ID card.
2.3. Registration must be completed in person by you, and you commit to providing true, valid, accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information required by the platform. You will bear the consequences of any concealment or errors.
2.4. If there are any changes to the information you registered, you must promptly update it on the platform to protect your legal rights. You will be responsible for any consequences that arise from failing to update your information in a timely manner.
2.5. You should keep your username, login password, transaction password, and other credentials secure and must not transfer, lend, or disclose them to others. You will bear any losses and related responsibilities resulting from inadequate security.
2.6. When the registered entity participates in all commercial activities on the platform, it must remain consistent with the entity involved in subsequent offline business processes (such as contract signing, payment, etc.). This is to ensure the legality and compliance of the entire business process; otherwise, you will bear any resulting losses and legal liabilities.
3. Service Content
3.1. The platform will provide you with services including but not limited to information publishing, communication and interaction, and product transactions, based on its own judgment, but does not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
3.2. The platform reserves the right to adjust the service content at any time based on the latest circumstances and will announce such adjustments on the platform prior to implementation. Please stay informed.
3.3. To ensure the functionality of the platform's services, the platform will record, store, and analyse your transaction data and information on the platform, which may be used for legitimate purposes such as big data analysis and platform management guidance.
4. User Conduct Guidelines
4.1. When using the services of this platform, you must comply with laws, regulations, and social ethics. You may not use the platform's functions or information for illegal activities, infringe on the rights of others, or disrupt market order. If you violate this rule, you will bear all legal responsibilities, and the platform reserves the right to pursue legal action.
4.2. You must not interfere with the normal operation of the platform during your use. You are required to adhere to all the platform's rules.
4.3. Logging into your account is considered as logging in by yourself (the registered entity). Any actions taken on the platform under this account will be deemed as performed by you and will have legal effect. Please keep your account information secure.
4.4. If you discover that your account has been stolen or used illegally by others, you must immediately change your password or suspend the use of your account on the platform and inform the platform of the actual situation. You will bear any consequences that arise during this period.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1. All content on this platform, including but not limited to trademarks, text, images, audio, and video, is protected by intellectual property laws.
5.2. Without the written permission of the platform, you may not use platform information or related materials for false advertising or engage in commercial activities that compete with the platform.
6. Disclaimer
6.1. The platform shall not be liable for any losses caused by force majeure events (such as cloud server crashes, natural disasters, policy changes, and government interventions).
6.2. You are fully responsible for your own profits and losses from all commercial activities conducted on this platform, and the platform does not assume any responsibility for your personal profits and losses.
6.3. To the extent permitted by law, the platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of the services provided by this platform, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruptions, and data loss.
7. Termination of Agreement
7.1. If you have completed all business with the platform and have no disputes or controversies, you may cancel your account on the platform at any time, thereby terminating this agreement.
7.2. If you have not completed all business with the platform or if there are disputes or controversies, you remain obligated to cooperate with the platform or other relevant parties to conclude the business or resolve the disputes and controversies, even after you cancel your account and terminate this agreement. This agreement remains valid until you have resolved all related business and disputes.
7.3. The platform reserves the right to terminate this agreement, stop all services, and cancel your platform account at any time for the following reasons:
7.3.1. Repeatedly (≥ two times) infringing on the platform's intellectual property rights;
7.3.2. Using platform functions, information, or related materials for illegal activities or disrupting market order;
7.3.3. Providing false information and materials during registration;
7.3.4. Repeatedly (≥ two times) breaching contracts or engaging in dishonest behaviour during bidding activities;
7.3.5. Your actions causing damage to the legal rights of the platform or other users (such as disrupting bidding or colluding on bids);
7.3.6. Arbitrarily allowing multiple users to access your account, which the platform determines poses a serious risk to normal operations;
7.3.7. Repeatedly (≥ two times) violating relevant platform regulations;
7.3.8. Other circumstances deemed necessary by the platform to terminate services.
7.4. If your account is cancelled due to any of the circumstances listed in item 3 above, you will bear all consequences, and you remain obligated to conclude the corresponding business and disputes as required by this agreement.
7.5. Regardless of whether your account is cancelled by you or by the platform, the platform retains the right to preserve and use your historical data on the platform.
8. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
8.1. The signing (confirmation), performance (application), interpretation, and dispute resolution of this agreement and all rules and documents of the platform shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
8.2. If any disputes arise during the performance of this agreement and the platform's rules and documents, both parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party has the right to file a lawsuit in the People's Court with jurisdiction over the location of Sunjoy (Jiaxing) Auction Co., Ltd.
9. Other Provisions
9.1. The titles in this agreement are for convenience of reading only and do not have any legal significance.
9.2. If any provision of this agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the other provisions.
