System Layout系统介绍
FRT RailCare lubrication systems operate through homogenous lubricant metering. The dosage is already defined at the pump unit and compressed air is used as transport medium to move the lubricant via a flow divider towards the spray nozzles from where the lubricant is evenly distributed onto the wheel flange.
孚锐特轮缘润滑系统是可以完成润滑剂计量的，其计量在气动泵单元处就已经完成，而压缩空气会被当成输送介质，将润滑剂输送至管路中，通过分流阀将油气混合物分流至喷嘴处，并均匀地将其输送至轮缘处，从而完成润滑。

Smarter Brain to Sense Curve

Every Sets of FRT produced wheel flange lube system contains a highly sensitive Gyroscope chip( also called curve sensor). It is able to react fast when an angular rate is applied based on the Coriolis principle. Obviously, the chip designed to sense the train onto curve and send signal to actuate FRT wheel flange lubrications.
每一套孚锐特智能润滑系统集成了灵敏度极高的陀螺仪芯片（又叫弯道传感器），这是集成了驱动器与加速度传感器的一种陀螺仪组合，当其感知到角速度变化时会迅速作出反应，很明显，其功能就是为了让火车在经过弯道时，孚锐特轮缘润滑系统能敏锐地感知到火车在经过弯道，并告知润滑系统启动喷油。

Nearly all staffs know that normal wheel flange lube system are sigle-line designed, which forms one pipe line from outlet of pump. the mixture of oil and air will move in the single line and flows divided into two nozzles to lubricates each wheels. but if the trains runs on simple curve with only one direction, which means one wheel will be well lubricated and lubricants onto the other wheel will be sprayed in vain.
铁路车辆维护人员普遍知道，常规的轮缘润滑系统均是单线式结构，即泵的出口会输出油气混合物到一根管路，然后通过分配阀分流至两个喷嘴，并同时喷射至两边的车轮处。但如果火车运行的轨道只存在同一种弯道方向，势必造成一种后果，那就是有一边的车轮得到有效润滑，而喷射在另外一边车轮的润滑剂却浪费掉了。这种极端的例子普遍存在，比如上海地铁4号线这种环线，只有一边的轨道与轮子得到润滑，而另外一边的轮子上的润滑剂是白白浪费掉的。
Therefore, more smarter, independent spray FRT lubrications emerges. it owns smarter brain to sense different curve, and it also owns dual pump to be actuated independently by brain to spray to the right nozzle.
