1、Job Vacancy: IT Officer
Job Responsibilities:
· Responsible for IT security and network management, including disaster recovery testing, user access control, backup, and network & security device maintenance.
· Responsible for OA hardware and software maintenance, including software installation and troubleshooting.
· Responsible for IT infrastructure maintenance, including CCU, UPS, servers, and network. Perform daily inspections in the server room and oversee vendor-provided preventive services.
· Assist in IT project implementation.
· Assist in maintaining application systems, including bug fixes and system upgrades.
· Assist in updating IT manuals based on business development and requirement.
Job Specification:
· Minimum bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, preferably in Network or Computer Security; a master’s degree is a plus.

· At least 2 years of work experience in network configuration and maintenance, IT security management, and Windows systems.
· Professional network certifications such as CCNP, HCSE, or a Network Engineer Certification or above are preferred.
2、Job Vacancy: Accountant officer
Job Responsibilities:
· Prepare daily financial reports, such as Financial Highlights, and regularly compile regulatory reports for the Head Office (HO).
· Prepare accounting entries and maintain system parameters, including the values of Available-for-Sale (AFS) securities, Interest Rate Swaps (IRS), etc.
· Monitor financial accounting reports daily, analyze anomalies, and identify and resolve issues.
· Review fixed asset expenditures, maintain and update fixed asset records, and conduct an annual inventory count.
· Monitor and project the Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR) daily.
· Monitor the LCR for significant currencies weekly.
· Prepare monthly reports on liquidity and interest rate risks of the banking book.
· Prepare quarterly reports on liquidity stress tests, interest rate risk stress tests, and foreign exchange risk analysis.
Job Specification:
· Minimum bachelor’s degree in finance or related fields.
· Proficient written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese.
· At least 1 year of work experience, preferably in finance or accounting.
· Professional certifications such as CPA or ACCA are preferred.
3、Job Vacancy: Receptionist/Admin Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
· Maintain records of employee attendance, leaves, and sickness absences.
· Manage office supplies and stationery, handle ordering and invoicing with external suppliers, and assist with vehicle management.
· Maintain bookkeeping and management of fixed assets and low-value consumables.
· Book air tickets, couriers, venues, hotels, and restaurants as needed.
· Assist in preparing reimbursement claims, including business and daily expenses.
· Operate the telephone switchboard, answer and transfer incoming calls, and take messages when employees are unavailable.
· Handle incoming and outgoing mail, distribute and control deliveries, and maintain accurate records.
· Update the telephone list and inform bank staff of any updates regularly.
· Ensure the reception area remains neat and tidy at all times and greet external guests.
Job Specification:
· Minimum bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
· Proficient written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese.
· Proficient in MS Excel,Word, or other advanced software skills.
· Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
