2025年3月22日，湘江新区金融（经贸）代表团在迪拜成功举办了“湘江新区-迪拜‘湘商座谈会’”。此次座谈会由湖南湘江新区管理委员会主办，湖南湘江新区财政金融局、湖南湘江新区商务和市场监管局承办，湖南湘江新区金融发展事务中心执行，“湘企出海+”综合服务平台“长株潭专区”(长沙)与阿联酋湖南商会联合协办，旨在促进湖南湘江新区与阿联酋湘商之间的交流与合作，探索新的投资机遇，共同推动高质量发展。来自湖南湘江新区的领导、企业家代表以及阿联酋当地的湘商和嘉宾齐聚一堂，共叙乡情，共谋发展。
On March 22, 2025, the Hunan Xiangjiang New Area Finance (Economic and Trade) Delegation successfully held the “Hunan Xiangjiang New Area Meets Hunan Entrepreneurs in Dubai” event in Dubai. The meeting was hosted by Administrative Committee of Hunan Xiangjiang New Area, organized by the Finance Bureau of the Administrative Committee of Hunan Xiangjiang New Area, the Commerce and Market Supervision Bureau of Hunan Xiangjiang New Area, and executed by the Finance Development Affairs Center of the Administrative Committee of Hunan Xiangjiang New Area. Hunan Going Global Investment & Economic Service Platform Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Center (Changsha) jointly organized it to promote exchanges and cooperation between Hunan Xiangjiang New Area and Hunan entrepreneurs in Dubai, explore new investment opportunities, and jointly promote high-quality development. Leaders and entrepreneur representatives from Hunan Xiangjiang New Area, as well as local Hunan entrepreneurs and guests from the UAE gathered together to discuss shared heritage and prospects for future collaboration.
阿联酋湖南商会会长黄天果详细介绍了湘商在阿联酋的发展情况并表示，阿联酋作为中国在中东地区的重要合作伙伴，湘商在这里的投资和经营不仅推动了当地经济发展，也为中阿两国的经贸合作和文化交流搭建了桥梁。
Huang Tianguo, President of the Hunan Chamber of Commerce in the UAE, provided a detailed introduction to the development of Hunan entrepreneurs in the UAE and said that as an important cooperation partner of China in the Middle East, the investment and operation of Hunan entrepreneurs here not only contributed to local economic growth, but also built a bridge for economic and trade cooperation and cultural exchanges between China and the UAE.
湖南湘江新区财政金融局党组书记、局长李玮玮女士介绍了湖南湘江新区的发展潜力、产业基础、营商环境以及未来规划。湘江新区作为中国19个国家级新区之一，正致力于打造全球研发中心城市、中欧经贸合作示范区和中部地区金融集聚区，经济总量已超过5000亿元，占湖南省的十分之一。
Ms. Li Weiwei, Director of the Finance and Banking Bureau of the Administrative Committee of Hunan Xiangjiang New Area, introduced the development potential, industrial foundation, business environment and future planning of Hunan Xiangjiang New Area. As one of the 19 national-level new areas in China, Hunan Xiangjiang New Area is committed to building a global R&D center city, a China-EU economic and trade cooperation demonstration zone and a financial cluster in the central China. Its GDP has exceeded 500 billion yuan, accounting for one-tenth of Hunan Province.
在随后的企业代表发言环节，多位优秀企业的代表分享了他们的发展经验和未来规划。阿治曼中国城总经理岳迎春、迪拜埃迩发公司CEO Mohamed Elshaer、中联重科海外公司副总经理范志德、希迪智驾副总裁胡荣东、三一重工阿联酋分公司董事长贺佳、威胜信息技术股份有限公司海湾区域总经理罗祺超以及渣打银行政府事务部执行总监Hajaj Khaldoun等嘉宾分别发言，分享了他们在智能制造、智慧交通、金融等领域的成功经验，并为湘江新区与阿联酋的合作提供了新的思路。
During the session of free speech and exchange by enterprises, representatives of many outstanding companies shared their development experience and future plans. Yue Yingchun, General Manager of Ajman China Mall, Mohamed Elshaer, CEO of Dubai Elfa, Fan Zhide, Deputy General Manager of Zoomlion Overseas Company, Hu Rongdong, Vice President of Xidi Intelligent Driving, He Jia, Chairman of Sany Heavy Industry UAE Branch, Luo Qichao, General Manager of Gulf Region of Wasion Information Technology Co., Ltd., and Hajaj Khaldoun, Executive Director of Government Affairs Department of Standard Chartered Bank, and other guests spoke respectively, sharing their successful experiences in intelligent manufacturing, smart transportation, finance and other fields, and provided new ideas for the cooperation between Hunan Xiangjiang New Area and the UAE.
最后，长沙市委副书记、湖南湘江新区（长沙高新区）党工委书记、岳麓区委书记谭勇在讲话中表示，湖南与阿联酋的合作渊源深厚，湘江新区拥有良好的产业基础和创新资源，期待与各位企业家探索更多合作机会。他鼓励在阿联酋的湘商继续关注家乡发展，积极参与湘江新区的建设，共同推动湖南与阿联酋的经贸合作迈上新台阶。
Finally, Mr. Tan Yong, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Changsha Municipal Committee, Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Hunan Xiangjiang New Area, Secretary of CPC Yuelu District Committee of Changsha, highlighted the deep-rooted partnership between Hunan and the UAE. He emphasized that Hunan Xiangjiang New Area possesses a strong industrial foundation and innovation resources, and looks forward to exploring more cooperation opportunities with entrepreneurs. He encouraged Hunan entrepreneurs in the UAE to continue to pay attention to the development of their hometown, actively participate in the construction of the Hunan Xiangjiang New Area, and jointly promote the economic and trade cooperation between Hunan and the UAE to a new level.
