Responsibilities
● Responsible for daily key account management to ensure deliverables and KPIs are well achieved
● Work closely with in-house operation teams to deliver consistent and excellent performances
● Taking obligations to conduct internal & external business reviews on potential growth/ operation enhancement/ cost optimization
● Assist to Establish long-term relationships with clients and identify potential business growth
● Handle any ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
● Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, eCommerce or related disciplines is preferred。
● 2-3 years of key account/ project management experience, preferably in the field of 3PL & eCommerce industry。
● Possess business acumen and able to perform multi-tasking
● Excellent communication and negotiation skills with strong sense of responsibility
● Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
● Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, Including Mandarin
● Immediate available is preferred
岗位3, Sales support &Assistant
岗位性质Role purpose: This position is to provide the sales administrative support to sales managers, to coordinate external customers and internal stakeholders (including production, logistics, and other related departments) to achieve sales target through professional, efficient, and cost-effective method.（非销售岗）
Primary Responsibilities
Responsible for order fulfillment and transportation follow-up
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and customers for order production and transportation
Handle documentation
Follow up customers’ payment status
Carry out other duties as required
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above, major in International Trade or English.
Good knowledge of international trade & Logistics workflow, laws and regulations
Good language skill both in Chinese & Mandarin and English
Proactive working attitude, good communication skills and teamwork spirit
Having related working experience is preferred
岗位4, Senior Operation supervisor
Responsibilities
Responsible for regular performance reports and analytical reports to management team
Monitor and maintain transaction and logistics process, including inventory control and warehouse activities
Lead a team to support customers' orders fulfillment and enquiries
Facilitate and monitor the KPIs of the warehouse, ensure timely and accuracy of orders fulfillment
Coordinate with customers and the internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operation
Other Ad-hoc assignments
Requirements
Degree holder in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in warehouse operations; experience in 3PL industry is an advantage
Able to make sound judgments and decisions, can work in a fast-paced environment and handle complicated issues with flexibility
Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
Candidates with more / less experience will be considered as Senior Officer / Assistant Officer role.
