迪拜14个新影厅，还设有儿童精品影厅
Vox BurJuman也提供儿童特别精品影院
Bur Dubai居住区爱看电影的人们在经历漫长的等待之后，本周末将终于迎来在巴基曼购物中心开业的Vox电影院。
这个新的14 银屏影院总共能容纳1,360人。也让该公司在阿联酋成功拥有111个影厅，在整个区域（包括阿曼和黎巴嫩）拥有143个影厅。
巴基曼购物中心也将设计一个儿童喜欢的精品影院，这是该公司在迪拜设立的第一儿童精品影院。
在接受Emirates24|7采访时，Vox影院的企业销售和营销经理Ashleigh Potts说道公司最近开始营业的影院填补了“社区导向型影院”的市场空缺。
她说道：“很多人都在热切地期盼着Vox BurJuman影院的开业，这不仅仅会吸引大批的爱电影人士，在社区方面，它也具有相当大的吸引力——Bur Dubai区的居民和附近的居民现在可以从他们居住的地方走路到电影院了。”
Potts揭露影院的设计也会迎合高端顾客的需求，设立4个Vox黄金银屏，每一个影厅都设有可躺式座椅，在影厅内，还能配送美食。
Vox Max影厅也将为影迷们带来360度杜比环绕音效的“大型影院体验”。
其他8个影厅将是标准的杜比7.1标配，能够放映2D和3D电影。
还有一个影厅将是儿童精品影厅。
Potts说道：“在过去，我们也设立过迎合年轻观众的电影放映和特别放映日，在Yas购物中心我们也引用过类似的概念。
但是这个精品影院是我们在迪拜的首家，影厅只放映儿童娱乐电影。”
虽然只能坐31人，但精品影厅将设有彩色的座位，让孩子们有自由行动的空间。Potts还说道，影厅的光线不会太暗，所以可以确保孩子们不会怕黑。
如果有私人的活动，也可以包下整个影厅。包含角色体验和其他服务附加费用在内，至少需要1,600迪拉姆。
Potts还说道：“我们会继续使用标准价格结构，最便宜的标准厅票价35迪拉姆，VIP厅票价可能会高一些，3D电影和金色影厅的票价可能会到100迪拉姆。
90天设立起的复合影院从今天起就可以进行网上订票了。
当问到电影院是否会放映更多的好莱坞和宝莱坞电影，Potts说道：“这全都取决于观众的需求。德以拉城市中心分店会放映更多宝莱坞和亚洲的电影，阿联酋购物中心分店则会迎合好莱坞电影粉丝更多地放映好莱坞电影。”
该公司目前着眼于7月份开业的新阿布扎比影院，之后的9月份，便是阿联酋购物中心新影院的开业。
她还揭露道：“我们在购物中心家乐福的上面也在建一个复合型影院，所有从字面意思上来说，商场的一边可能会封闭一天，第二天新的复合型影院就开业了。”
“这将会成为我们的旗舰店，将会为区域带来许多新的特色和理念。”
目前正在计划在DCC和Mirdiff City Centre（米尔迪夫城市中心）再开分店。

The wait is over for cine-goers in the residential neighbourhood of Bur Dubai, as Vox Cinemas in BurJuman Mall finally opens its doors this weekend.
The new 14-screen cinema will seat 1,360 people at full capacity, increasing the company's footprint to a total of 111 screens across the UAE and 143 across the region (including Oman and Lebanon).
The BurJuman Mall outlet will also cater to the younger audience with a boutique cinema just for kids, a first for the company in Dubai.
Speaking to ‘Emirates24|7’, Ashleigh Potts, Corporate Sales and Marketing Manager for Vox Cinemas, stated the opening of the company's latest outlet fulfills a market niche for a 'community' oriented cinema.
She said: "People have been eagerly awaiting the opening of Vox BurJuman, which will not only attract a wider base of cine fans, but also appeals with its community aspect - a cinema that many in the neighbourhood can simply walk to now from their home in the Bur Dubai area."
Potts revealed the outlet will cater to the luxury clientele with four Vox Gold screens, each with reclining seats and gourmet meals that will be delivered to you inside the cinema.
A Vox Max will also offer fans the 'big cinematic experience' with a 360-degree Dolby Surround Sound.
Eight other screens will qualify for the 'standard' model with Dolby 7.1, capable to screen 2D and 3D experiences.
The last of the screens will be the boutique cinema for the young ones.
Said Potts: "In the past, we've introduced special days and movie screenings that are catered to the younger audience, while we also introduced a similar concept at our outlet in Yas Mall.
"But this boutique cinema is a first for us in Dubai, which will only screen children's entertainment."
Seating only 31, the boutique cinema will offer colourful seating for children, give them free rein to run around the space as they please, and Potts added that the lights will not be dimmed to ensure the younger clientele don't have to be afraid of the dark anymore.
The entire cinema can also be booked out for private events, for a minimum of Dh1,600, with paid add-ons including character experiences and more.
Potts continued: "We will continue with our normal pricing structure, with tickets starting at Dh35 for standard and variations for VIP, 3D experiences and Gold that can go up to Dh100."
The complex, that took 90 days to set-up, is now open to audiences with online ticketing to commence from today.
Asked whether the cinema will cater to more Hollywood or Bollywood films, Potts said: "It all depends on what the audience demands. Our Deira City Centre branch shows more Bollywood and Asian content, while Mall of the Emirates caters to a larger fanbase for Hollywood content."
The company has now set its sights on the July opening of its new Abu Dhabi outlet, followed by the new cinemas that will open in Mall of the Emirates in September.
She further revealed: "We are building a new complex above Carrefour in the mall, so one side will literally close one day and the new complex will open the next day.
"This is meant to be our flagship outlet, which will feature a lot of new concepts and firsts for the region."
An extension of the DCC and the Mirdiff City Centre branches are also being planned.
