迪拜智能城市宣布将参与此次的峰会，下周的峰会上将有来自中东地区的1000多名技术专员汇聚一堂。
“选择迪拜为世界上最幸福城市的投票已经正式发起了，Smart Dubai作为此次革命的带头人，将与我们一同分享这个目标将如何实现。”Smart Dubai今天发布的媒体称。
经理办公室助理总干事、Smart Dubai执行委员会成员、Smart City 专责小组领队Aisha Bin Bishr说目标是让迪拜成为最幸福的城市，以此提升所有居民和游客做事的容易度。“为了实现这个目标，我们和我们的策略伙伴一同设定了一个计划来促进、整合公有和私有部门的智能服务。”
“在殿下的愿景的领导和指导下，我们一直致力于为一个建立于创新和智能技术基础上的迪拜的未来奠定基础。”BinBishr说道。
许多来自迪拜政府部门的领导和带头企业将出席解释建立发展智能经济体系、迈向智能政府服务、社会媒体和企业流动性以及企业创新策略的机遇和挑战。
“能与Smart Dubai合作，我们非常的兴奋，我们同Smart Dubai拥有共同的愿景，我们都希望能够提升创新能力，重视那些带领我们创新的企业和企业家们。”ArabNet的创始人、CEO Omar Christidis评论道。

How do you transform a city into the most happiest city in the world? Can mere technological advancement help you achieve this feat?
You might well head to the ArabNet summit next week to find out the secret.
Dubai Smart City has announced that it would be participating in the summit as more than a 1000 technology professionals from across the Middle East are expected to gather next week.
“The bid for Dubai to be the happiest city on the planet has been launched and Smart Dubai, leading on this revolution, is sharing how this feat will be achieved,” a media release by Smart Dubai today said.
Aisha Bin Bishr, Assistant Director-General of the Executive Office, Member of the Smart Dubai Executive Committee and Team Leader of the Smart City Taskforce, says the goal is to make Dubai the happiest city on earth and to improve ease of doing business of all residents and visitors, “and to achieve that we are setting a plan to foster and integrate smart services across the public and private sector together with our Strategic Partners”.
“Guided by the vision and leadership of His Highness, we have been hard at work laying the foundation for the future of Dubai based on innovation and smart technology”. BinBishr said.
Heads from various Dubai government departments and leading enterprises will be present to explain the challenges and opportunities in building a smart economy, in panels on smart government services, social media and mobility for enterprise, and corporate innovation strategies.
“We’re excited to partner with Smart Dubai, with whom we have a shared vision to promote innovation and to highlight the corporates and entrepreneurs who are leading this drive towards innovation” commented Omar Christidis, Founder and CEO of ArabNet.
