根据波士顿咨询公司的一份最新调查显示，2019年阿联酋的私有财产预计将以10.7%的复合年增长率增长到约1万亿美元，其中一半的资产将投资于股票，其它的部门分别为现金、储蓄存款和债券投资。
在未来的5年内，阿联酋投资于股票的私有财产预计将以18.5%的复合年增长率增长。而投放于债券、现金以及储蓄的资产将分别以3.8%和6.2%的速率增长。
这个标题为Global Wealth 2015：Winning the Growth Game的调查显示：2014年阿联酋的私人经融财富增长了8.4%，主要是由股票的飚升驱动的。
2013至2014年间，阿联酋投资于股票的总资产上升了13.8%, 而债券上升了1.6%，现金和储蓄的上升了6.9%。
基于波士顿咨询公司的调查，阿联酋预计在未来的5年会进一步增长，预计的财产分配状况为，现金和储蓄财产占43%，债券9%，股票47%。

Private wealth in the UAE is projected to grow at a compound annual growth rate of 10.7 per cent to reach an estimated $1 trillion in 2019 with nearly half of it parked in equities followed by cash and deposits, according to a new report by The Boston Consulting Group (BCG).
Over the next five years, across the UAE, private wealth held in equities is expected to increase at a CAGR of 18.5 per cent. In parallel, bonds as well as cash and deposits will grow by 3.8 and 6.2 per cent, respectively.
The study, titled Global Wealth 2015: Winning the Growth Game, also revealed that in the UAE, private financial wealth grew by 8.4 per cent in 2014, driven mainly by surge in equities.
After all, between 2013 and 2014, the amount of wealth held in equities rose by 13.8 per cent across the nation, compared with 1.6 per cent for bonds, and 6.9 per cent for cash and deposits.
Based on BCG’s study, the UAE is poised for further growth in the next five years, with the wealth breakdown anticipated to be 43 per cent in cash and deposits, nine per cent in bonds, and 47 per cent in equities.
“In terms of wealth distribution, private wealth held by ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) households (those with above $100 million) in the UAE grew by nine per cent in 2014, on the back of dynamic equity markets and a growing economy," said Markus Massi, a Partner & Managing Director at BCG Middle East.
