麦纳麦：科威特司机本以为他能免于处罚，他开着外国牌照的车。但被告知，他将不得不支付57575第纳尔（699,021迪拉姆）的罚款，因无视交通规则1,645次。
一内政部官员说，与该司机一样，那些用其他gulf合作委员会（ＧＣＣ）国家的车牌号驾驶汽车的司机，有一个月的时间去换掉科威特的车牌号码。

Manama: A Kuwaiti motorist who appeared to be under the illusion that he was immune from traffic fines given that he was driving a car with foreign number plates has been told he will have to pay 57,575 dinars (Dh699,021) in fines for flouting traffic rules 1,645 times.
The motorist, as also all other Kuwaitis who own or drive cars with number plates issued in other Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, have been given one month’s time to get Kuwaiti number plates, an interior ministry official has said.
