工伤事故后卡车司机得到200000迪拉姆补偿费

阿布扎比民事法庭下令两家保险公司和承包企业支付给一名在一次工伤事故中受到严重伤害的卡车司机200，000迪拉姆的补偿费。
司机曾要求相关单位赔偿他700000迪拉姆的费用但上诉法院裁定后减到了500000迪拉姆。对此两家公司不服均对民事法庭提出上诉。
保险公司拒绝赔偿的理由是事故发生时该工人正在酋长国的另一家公司工作。
该公司辩称那家公司业主没有为工人投保。
在最后的判决中，民事法庭下令保险公司和那家公司的老板给予该名工人200000迪拉姆的赔偿金，因为那家公司是他的投保赞助公司。

A civilian court in Abu Dhabi ordered two insurance and contracting firms to pay a truck driver Dh200,000 damages after he suffered serious injuries in an accident at work.
The driver had demanded Dh700,000 but a court of appeals reduced the sum to Dh500,000, prompting both firms to appeal with a civilian court.
The insurance company refused to compensate the driver on the grounds he was working for another company owned by the same Emirati when the accident occurred.
The firm argued that company was not insured by its owner.
In a final sentence, the civilian court ordered the insurance firm and the owner of that company to pay Dh200,000 damages to the driver on the grounds his sponsoring company is insured by that firm.
