一名25岁的亚籍男子乌木盖万海滩游泳惨遭不幸，在呼叫检查求救前他无助的朋友惊恐地看着他溺水而死。
周五晚上，一名不知名男子和朋友在海边游泳，不幸被强大的急流卷到深水中。
他的朋友们试图救他，但他们都不擅长游泳。后来他们决定打电话给警察求救时已为时已晚。
UAQ 警察CID 主任Lt Ahmed Al Gawi 中尉透露电话的内容是这样的：“他们是游泳菜鸟。他们不能救出自己的朋友。我们再次呼吁，对那些不擅长游泳的人避免到湍流中游泳。”

A 25-year-old Asian man drowned while swimming at a beach in Umm Al Quwain as his helpless friends watched in horror before calling the police for help.
The unnamed man was swimming with friends at the beach on Friday night when he was pulled into deep water by strong currents.
His friends tried to save him but they were all not good swimmers. They then decided to call the police but it was too late.
“They are not good swimmers. They could not save their friend. We again appeal on those who are not good swimmers to avoid turbulent water,” said Lt Ahmed Al Gawi, CID director, UAQ police.
