道路和交通管理局（RTA）官方已证实，迪拜出租车信用及NOL卡设备安装将在2015年底前完成。
RTA公共交通机构首席执行官Yousif Al Ali,博士，2014年2月告知XPRESS他们的计划是让所有的车辆到今年年中均安装新系统。这项政策几个月后会执行，他上星期说。
Al Ali 博士说：“目前80%的出租车都已设有NOL /信用卡机并且其他车辆将在年底配备完成，”阿里。“按照工程计划，该装置从2015年1月开始，系统一旦被安装在每辆出租车上后，所以乘客都用现金，NOL或信用卡付账，”他补充说。

DUBAI The installation of credit and Nol card devices in Dubai’s taxis will be complete by the end of 2015, a top Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) official has confirmed to XPRESS.
The CEO of RTA’s Public Transport Agency, Dr Yousif Al Ali, in February 2014 told XPRESS that their plan was to equip all taxis with the new system by the middle of this year. Tha t will now happen within months, he said last week.
“Currently 80 per cent of the taxi fleet in Dubai are equipped with the Nol/credit card machines and the rest of the fleet will be equipped by the year-end,” said Dr. Al Ali. “As per the project plan, the installations started in January 2015 and the system goes live once they are installed in each taxi, so passengers have the option of paying their bills by cash, Nol or credit card,” he added.
