Duo acquitted of rape bid over lack of evidence
Suspects accuse woman, whom they picked up from hotel at 3.30am, of fabricating rape attempt claims
由于证据不足，两男子强奸被判无罪。
嫌疑犯指责他们凌晨三点半在酒店接待的女子，凭空捏造强奸未遂的声明。

Dubai: Two men were acquitted of attempting to rape a woman whom they picked up from a five-star hotel at 3.30am.
迪拜：2名男子企图强奸一个他们在凌晨三点半从五星级酒店接待的女子，但2名男子被判无罪。
The Syrian duo, 36-year-old D.D. and 43-year-old K.I., were believed to have picked up the Moroccan visitor from the five-star hotel after they offered to drive her home in August.
据说叙利亚的两名男子，36岁的D.D和43岁的K.I在八月份的时候，在五星级酒店接待了一名摩洛哥游客，然后主动为她车载一程。
The men told the woman that they needed to change their clothes at their flat in Al Badiya area before taking her to the place where she was staying in Rashidiya.
男子告诉女子在送她去她住的Rashidiya前，他们必须先去他们在Al Badiya的公寓换衣服。
The woman agreed to accompany them to their flat, according to records, instead of waiting in the car while they changed.
根据文件记录，当男子要换衣服的时候，女子同意跟随他们一同前往公寓，而不是选择在车上等他们。
Up in the flat, the woman alleged that the two men forced her into the bedroom and attempted to have sex with her before she fought her way out of their flat.
上到公寓之后，女子宣传当时两男子就强行把她推入公寓，并企图和她发生性关系，后来她反抗起来，并且逃出了公寓。
The duo pleaded not guilty and denied using physical violence and assaulting the Moroccan.
两名男子不承认有罪，并且否认使用身体暴力以及袭击摩洛哥女子。
The suspect accused the woman of bringing false claims against them.
嫌疑犯指控女子捏造虚假的指控来对峙他们。
The Dubai Court of First Instance acquitted the duo of attempting to rape the woman for lack of corroborated evidence.
由于缺乏确凿的证据，迪拜一审法庭宣布，对于企图强奸女子的两名男子被判无罪。
The woman alleged to have fought back when the men beat her and tried to rape her and fled with partly ripped clothes.
女子宣传当两名男子殴打她并企图强奸她的时候，她反抗起来，在逃跑的时候衣服还被撕烂了一部分。
She had claimed to prosecutors that she accepted the defendants’ offer to drive her to her place for a lack of taxis at that late hour [3.30am] after she left the hotel.
她向检察官声称，在凌晨三点半离开酒店的时候，由于时间比较晚，出于很难可以拦截的士的原因，就接受了被告们的邀约，同意他们车载自己到居住的地方。
“I visited the UAE for tourism and to look for an investment opportunity. I was waiting for a taxi at the hotel’s entrance when the suspects’ car stopped in front of me. K.I. told me that I wouldn’t find a taxi at that late hour and offered to give me a ride to Al Rashidiya. The other suspect drove. They parked in a building where they claimed that they had to change their clothes. I went up with them to the flat as they looked old and I did not suspect that they would harm me,” the woman claimed.
女子声称：“我来阿联酋旅游，是为了寻找这边的投资机会，当时我正在酒店的入口等的士，而嫌疑犯们就把车停在了我前面，男子K.I告诉我现在时间这么晚了，是很难拦截的士的，并且提出要送我一程到Al Rashidiya。然后另一名嫌疑犯开车，他们停在了一栋大楼旁边，然后说他们需要去换衣服，我跟他们一起上去，因为我觉得他们看起来比较老，我并没有怀疑他们会伤害我。”
The two suspects strongly refuted the woman’s allegations and asked the court to dismiss what they described as the woman’s “unfounded and unsubstantiated claims”.
两名犯罪嫌疑人强烈驳斥了女子的指控，并要求法院驳回他们所谓的女人的“毫无根据的控诉”。
The primary ruling remains subject to appeal within 13 days.
这个最初的裁决在13天内，依然可以上诉。
