英明的领导谢赫•哈利法•本•扎耶德总统殿下,谢赫•穆罕默德•本•拉希德•阿勒马克图姆王储,阿联酋副总统兼总理兼迪拜酋长，谢赫·穆罕默德·本·扎耶德·阿,阿布扎比王储，阿联酋武装部队最高指挥官等领导人共同下达了支持发展中国家青年项目并发展他们能力的指令即推动发展中国家中青年人在涌现发展理念，深刻理解和具深谋远见在发展战略中其着重要的作用。国际合作与发展部长(Micad) Sheikha Lubna bint Khalid Al Qasimi这样说。
Micad报告显示,对些国家青年的社会援助声称，数额最高达3.33亿迪拉姆的最,其次是教育援助达1.87亿迪拉姆。
报告指出,哈利法•本•扎耶德基金会（the Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation）作为国家最大的捐赠机构，捐赠了1.813亿迪拉姆,紧随其后的是政府机构捐赠的1.242亿迪拉姆，然后时阿联酋红新月会捐赠了7400万迪拉姆。
Continent-wise报告称阿联酋青年赋权在亚洲发展中国家的援助达到3.15亿迪拉姆以及非洲达1.84亿迪拉姆。

Directives given by the wise leadership led by President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai, and Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, for supporting youth projects in developing countries and developing their capacities, sprang out of a philosophy, deep understanding and far-sighted vision of the vital role that youth can play in advancing the development strategies in their countries, said Sheikha Lubna bint Khalid Al Qasimi, Minister of International Cooperation and Development (Micad).
A Micad report showed that social assistance to youth in these countries claimed the lion's share with Dh333 million, followed by education aid at Dh187 million.
The report noted that the Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation emerged as the largest national donor, giving Dh181.3 million, followed by government agencies at Dh124.2 million and then the Emirates Red Crescent at Dh74 million.
Continent-wise, the report said the UAE aid for youth empowerment in developing nations in Asia reached Dh315 million and Dh184 million in Africa.
