周日，迪拜刑事法院审理一案件，在一家餐厅内，一亚裔商人被一海湾人士袭击致死。
据阿拉伯语日报Al Bayan报道，他在法庭上被告否认这些指控，声称他并不打算杀害死者。
据报道，被告与一女孩在Al Soufouh地区的一家宾馆就餐时，看到死者在拍照，他怀疑死者是在拍他们两个。
接着被告向死者讨说法，他说他是在拍同事。
该报道称，被告向死者的脸上打去，死者之后就倒下了，不省人事。
死者被紧急送往医院，但后来据法医报告死于脑出血。

The case concerning an Asian businessman who was struck to death inside a restaurant by a Gulf national, was heard at the Dubai Criminal Court on Sunday.
The accused denied the charges in court, saying he did not intend to kill, reported Arabic daily ‘ Al Bayan’.
According to the report, the accused was having dinner with a girl at a hotel in Al Soufouh area when he saw the deceased take pictures and suspected that he was photographing them.
The accused picked up an argument with the deceased, who claimed he was taking pictures of his colleagues.
The accused punched the businessman on the face and he dropped down unconscious, the report said.
He was rushed to hospital but later died of cerebral hemorrhage, cited forensic report.
