苹果公司在阿联酋公开发布了13个新工作岗位,其中含“创新型”和“天才型”职位,提前为公司储备人才。
“创新岗”是指苹果店内为各种产品及应用程序培训苹果店开发人才的职位，而“天才岗”是指在Apple Genius Bar工作的工作人员，由他们负责提供技术支持及硬件问题解决,包括产品维修。
其中，进入创新岗的关键要求是具备“教育热情，采取‘不干涉’ 让用户自主学习的指导能力，小组授课能力及同步的多用户授课能力。”

Apple has posted 13 new job openings in the UAE, which includes a position for ‘Creative’ and ‘Genius’, ahead of its store launch.
Creative is a position created within the Apple store to train Apple store visitors on various products and apps while a Genius is a staff at the Apple Genius Bar, that provides technical support and troubleshoot for hardware problems which includes product repairs.
Among the key requirements for being a Creative are a “Passion for education and ability to instruct in a 'hands-off' manner, letting users learn by doing. Ability to teach small groups and coach multiple customers simultaneously.”
Apple has also advertised for two marketing positions which includes a PR Manager and a Manager for Apple Music and iTunes pan Middle East and Africa.
