迪拜：11月份，由于气温将会下降，居民们在很长一段时间将再一次享受待在户外的乐趣。
国家气象地震局一名气象预报员表示：从地理角度看，阿联酋的冬天开始于12月21日。但今年11月中旬就已经显露了冬天的迹象。
这名天气预报员告诉记者：“根据历史数据，11月份时气温开始变温和，和上个月相比，气温最多降低4-6摄氏度。这是由太阳南移引起的，导致昼长变短，太阳辐射削弱，夜晚变长。

Dubai: Residents will once again get to enjoy staying outdoors for a longer period by November as the mercury will drop further.
Geographically, winter starts in the UAE on the 21st of December. But the signs of winter can already be witnessed before the middle of November, said a forecaster from the National Centre of Meteorology and Seismology.
“Based on historical data, the temperature starts to become temperate by November with a maximum decrease in temperature of between four and six degrees Celsius compared to the previous month. This is due to the apparent movement of the sun toward the south, decreasing daytime and solar radiation and increasing nighttime,” the forecaster told Gulf News.
