从11月15号开始迪拜移民局将不再接受复印件
要求客户提供文件原件，签证申请人和担保人还必须提供国际银行账户号码

迪拜：迪拜移民局（GDRFA）理事会的一名官员透露，迪拜移民局在办理事务时将不再接受任何复印文件。
那些提交签证申请或任何在迪拜移民局办理事务的人都被要求提供他们的身份证明原件、申请书和办理其他事务所需的任何文件的原件。除了阿联酋ID卡原件，签证申请人和保荐人也被要求提供他们的国际银行账户号码（IBAN）。国际银行账户号码由长达34位的字母数字字符组成，包括国家/地区代码,支票的两位数字和一个长且详细的银行账号。
尽管这项规定从10月14日就开始生效，一些例外也会出现。然而，迪拜移民局强调，从11月15日开始他们将严格执行新规定，拒绝接受任何为办理事务而提供的复印文件。
新的规定适用于迪拜所有的迪拜移民局分支机构和打字中心。
迪拜移民局的理事长Maj Gen Mohammad Ahmad Al Merri说这项新规定将会帮助迪拜移民局继续完善他们的服务。

Dubai: Photocopied documents are no longer accepted for any transactions at the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affair (GDRFA), an official from the directorate revealed.
Those submitting visa applications or any transactions at the GDRFA are required to hand over the original copies of their identification documents, applications and any other documents required for the transaction. In addition to their original Emirates ID cards, visa applicants and sponsors are also required to submit their International Bank Account Number (IBAN). The IBAN consists of up to 34 alphanumeric characters, comprising a country code, two cheque digits and a long and detailed bank account number.
Although the requirement has been in effect since October 14, some exceptions will be made. However, the GDRFA has stressed that they will be stern about the new requirements from November 15, and will refuse to carry out transactions for those who submit copies.
The new conditions are applicable to all GDRFA branches and typing centres across the emirate.
Maj Gen Mohammad Ahmad Al Merri, director-general of the GDRFA, said the new rule will help the GDRFA continue to better its services.
“We are constantly endeavouring to develop our services and keep our customer satisfaction rate at a high,” he said. “The GDRFA is striving to ensure homeland security by adopting the highest technological standards on all levels and in improving the ability of our officers to work quickly and more efficiently.”
He added that though the new rule is already in place, those who are already in the midst of carrying out transactions with the GDRFA will be exempted. “From November 15, we will not exempt anyone from the rule,” Maj Gen Al Merri said. “Everyone is required to give in their original documents at all branches of the GDRFA and typing centres.”
