男子为了练习巫术居然割断了她妈妈的喉咙。

被告告诉法官，说他妈妈从事巫术活动，而他是收到了神圣的指示来杀害她的。

Sharjah: A man who slit his mother’s throat and cut her tongue told investigators he did it to punish her for practising black magic, a court heard on Monday.
沙迦：在星期一的法庭听证会上，一名切割了自己母亲喉咙并且把她的舌头割下来的男子告诉检查员，他并没有为了练习邪术而惩罚自己的母亲。
The Sharjah Criminal Court began hearing the case of an Emirati man over an incident that took place in an apartment in Sharjah’s Al Mamzar area in May.
沙迦刑事法院在五月份的时候就开始听到一名阿联酋男子在Sharjah‘s al mamazar的一栋公寓杀害自己母亲的案件。
The public prosecution has sought capital punishment for the defendant, who is in his late 20s.
公诉机关要求对这个接近30岁的被告判决死刑。
In court, the defendant told the judge that his mother practised witchcraft and that he had received a "divine message" to kill her to stop her from committing evil deeds.
在法庭上，被告告诉法院，说他妈妈在练习一些邪恶巫术，而他是接受到“神圣的指示’来杀害她，以阻止她做出一些邪恶的行为。
He added that the incident took place after his aunt had told him about how his mother dabbled in black magic.
他还补充到，案件发生之后，他的阿姨还告诉他，他妈妈到时是如何染上巫术的。
Upon searching his mother’s house, the defendant claimed to have found material and papers related to black magic.
在搜查他妈妈的房间时，被告声称他找到了一些和巫术有关的材料和文件。
On confronting his 50-year-old mother, the man claimed that she admitted to practicing witchcraft.
男子声称自己在质疑50岁的妈妈的时候，当时妈妈就承认了自己在练习巫术。
The accused said he then rushed to the kitchen, grabbed a knife and slit his mother’s throat.
被告说他当时立刻跑到厨房，拿起一把刀，就把他妈妈的喉咙割断了。
According to court records, the defendant continued staying with the decomposed body in the apartment.
根据法庭的记录，被告没有离开公寓，继续停留在他妈妈被分解的尸体旁边。
The incident came to light when police were tipped off that a man was brandishing a knife in a supermarket and refusing to pay for the items he bought.
当警察街道通信消息，说一名男子在超市挥舞着一把刀，并且拒绝支付他所购买的物品后，这件事情才被曝光。
When police arrived and sought to see identity documents, the man took them to the apartment where police found the body.
当警察到达现场查身份证时，该男子则带警察到那栋公寓然后就发现了尸体。
