迪拜：迪拜市总干事Hussain Nasser Lootah说：“观赏鸟和国内宠物市场将于十月十五日开放。”
迪拜国有资产管理部主任Khalifa Bin Hareb说，“即将开放的位于Al Warsan市场中的商铺已经分给业主，在十月即将开放的新市场准备工作已经完成。”

45 animal lovers and 35 traders selected after meeting municipal requirements following inspections

Dubai: The market for ornamental birds and domestic pets is set to open on October 15, Hussain Nasser Lootah, director-general of Dubai Municipality, said.
The shops to be opened in the market located in Al Warsan have been given to owners. The preparations for the opening of the new market in October are complete, said Khalifa Bin Hareb, director of the assets management department of Dubai Municipality.
Signs and boards have been put up across the market to guide customers and the veterinarian clinic is currently operating. Additionally, a pet hotel is functioning and ready to be used by pet owners and their pets.
Dubai Municipality has established the Al Warsan market for ornamental birds and domestic pets in line with its vision of creating specialised markets for different industries. Currently, markets for fruits and vegetables, car parts and fish have been established and the municipality wishes to continue the effort.
Bird and animal lovers have been inspected and chosen in order to ensure that they have fulfilled municipal requirements for owning domestic pets. Based on the inspections, 45 animal lovers were picked after meeting the terms and conditions and 35 traders were selected to sell birds and pets in the market.
