企业车辆登记智能革新
各类公司需在道路交通局电子钱包上拥有账户

通过道路交通局官方网站，RAT发布了公司车辆登记的“智能革新”方案。
这一举措也是道路交通局为响应迪拜政府智能型城市方案所做的努力，该方案旨在把迪拜建造成世界上最智能的城市。
道路交通局车辆许可机构总部长Sultan Al Marzooki说：“通过提前制定程序，并减少顾客服务中心的拥堵是智能许可服务的目的，旨在提高消费者的满意度。各个公司的代表为了他们车辆的革新方案造成了顾客服务中心拥堵。”
“该服务要求车辆投保并通过技术检验，公司在道路交通局的电子钱包系统上必须开设账户。这项服务在道路交通局的网络平台上可以使用，客户需要进入所在公司的交通代码，然后选择车牌，车牌的登记需要更新。顾客可以在车辆登记到期前90天内更新登记，然后通过公司在电子钱包上的账户，自动支付相应的费用。随后，证实车辆已登记的通知发出，与道路交通局合作的快递公司会转发登记卡。通过在德拉（Deira Traffic）交通局或Al Barsha的道路交通局顾客服务中心，也能收集登记卡。”
Al Marzooki.补充说道：“授权机构正在努力实现其服务的智能转化，该服务旨在实现道路交通局的第三战略目标：使人们更幸福。让顾客满意已经成为我们执行计划的决心，我们的计划是提供节省大众时间和精力的智能服务。”
Smart renewal for firms' vehicle registration
Companies must have account in RTA e-purse

The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has launched ‘smart renewal’ of vehicle registration for companies through RTA website.
This is part of RTA efforts to support Dubai Government’s Smart City initiative aimed at making Dubai the smartest city in the world.
“The Smart Licensing service is intended to raise customers’ satisfaction by making procedures easier, and reducing congestions at customer service centers resulting from visits of representatives of companies for renewal of registration of their vehicle fleet,” said Sultan Al Marzooki, Director of Vehicles Licensing, RTA Licensing Agency.
“The service requires the vehicle to be insured and pass the technical testing, and the company must have an account in the e-purse of the RTA. The service is available online through RTA website and the customer needs to enter the traffic code of the company, then select the number plates of vehicles the registration of which needs to be renewed. The client can renew registration within 90 days before the expiry of vehicle(s) registration, and automatically pay the applicable fees through the company’s account in the e-purse. A notification will then be sent confirming that the vehicle(s) is under registration, and the registration card(s) will then be forwarded through the delivery company contracted with the RTA. The registration card(s) can also be collected through RTA Customers Service Centers at Deira Traffic, or Al Barsha.
“The Licensing Agency is making huge efforts to achieve the smart transition of its services to fulfil the third strategic objective of the RTA (Making People Happier). Achieving customers’ satisfaction has become the backbone of our plans to provide smart services that save much of the time and effort of the public,” added Al Marzooki.
