Responsible for market development and sales of dies used within non ferrous extrusion processes, formulate implementable sales strategies, and ensure the successful achievement of sales targets.

Develop new market opportunities, expand the customer base, and enhance the company’s market share.

Regularly analyze market trends and competitors' products, pricing, and channel strategies, optimize the company's sales plan in order to maintain a competitive advantage. -
Evaluation of press results and definition of die / mould changes, as well as coordination with customers -
Proactively collaborate with customers’ R&D departments to provide product technical support and ensure the efficient advancement of cooperative projects. -
Participation in meetings (online and in person) and trade fairs, be responsible for demonstrating of products, and increase the market exposure and customer recognition of products. -
Deliver sales and project reports to Product Manager, supplier and team leader.
Bachelor or above science and engineering degree, major in Industrial, Mechanical, or Material Sciences Engineering is preferred
7 - 10 years' sales experience in Non-ferrous extrusion industry
Technical understanding of process flow at non-ferrous extrusion plants is a plus
Very good communication skills with customers and foreign suppliers
- Ability to work in a team and high level of self-motivation, result-oriented

HUB/DC- Operations Coordinator
This role will be responsible for the daily operations and management of the Non-Bonded Distribution Center (DC), Bonded warehouse (HUB), for a leading German toy manufacturer.
Coordination role and window contact to all relevant parties (internal, external, brands)
Bills review, costs control
Handle full set Import /Export shipping documents (e.g. Invoice, Packing List, B/L, out of CCC list application), work with customs brokers to carry out customs declaration, paying duties by using Single Window, customs inspection on site, etc
Working closely with forwarders and clients to ensure smooth, efficient & safe flow of import/export goods
Inventory management, warehouse performance management
Record and monitor daily operation volume, report quality issues, forecast ear tag operation process lead time.
Arrangement of processing plan, rational allocation of resources, on-time completion of processing tasks
Escalation point for logistics issues, i.e. wrong delivery, wrong labels etc
Assist to translate for remote machine fixing between Germany and HUB
