外贸英语中如何表达“我要下订单”
在外贸业务中,下订单是一个至关重要的环节。从表达意愿、确定细节到正式下单,每个步骤都需要精准的沟通。
一、订单意向
下订单前,买家通常会通过验厂或检查样品来评估产品是否符合要求。若决定下单,可用以下表达方式:
- I'm glad to have the chance to visit your corporation. I'm eager to do business with you.
(很高兴有机会拜访贵公司,希望能与您合作。) - I'm interested in your hardware.
(我对您的硬件非常感兴趣。) - We're impressed by both the quality and the variety of your products. We may be able to give you a trial order.
(贵公司产品的质量和多样性给我们留下了深刻印象,我们可能愿意试单。)
二、讨论细节
明确交易意图后,仍需商定价格、交货时间及供应量等具体事项:
- —I'd like to know when you can deliver the goods if we place a firm order with you.
—Normally for one container order, we can deliver the goods within 60 days.

三、确认下单
在正式订购过程中,买方需指定所需货物的类型和数量,并与卖方就价格和运输等问题达成一致:
