- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
- Develop and implement efficient operational processes to enhance accuracy, productivity, and workplace safety.
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve operational goals and maintain high performance standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and local regulations.
- Coordinate closely with logistics, transportation, and customer service teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and maintain system accuracy.
- Optimize warehouse layout, material flow, and space utilization for maximum efficiency.
- Prepare operational reports and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure the readiness of all warehouse assets.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control, and logistics operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized with strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management software.

- Familiarity with ISO standards and workplace safety regulations is an advantage.
- Fluency in English and Chinese, another language is an added advantage.
