Job Responsibilities
Monitor, track and report all financial transaction of the Company. Manage all accounting processes, systems;
Organizing the monthly close and prepare monthly financial report for HQ;
Prepare the annual report and complete the annual audit according to the requirement of parent company;
Support external audit process by collecting and presenting Auditors with requested data;
Participate in various financial special tasks to improve accounting efficiency and financial data quality;
Regularly check the compliance and risk of each entity's accounts, and complete the cleanup of outstanding accounts;
Seek out methods for minimizing financial risk to the company;
Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement;
Performs other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance and relevant major;
Chinese and English (as working language) are required，other EU language would be a plus;
4+ years of experiences in financial accounting/reporting/auditing, including 2+ years of experience in GL accounting;
Strong financial system and business administration understanding. Knowledge or experience of Oracle or SAP system would be a plus;
Solid knowledge on accounting principle especial IFRS, professional qualification such as ACCA/CPA is preferred；
Excellent ability to problem solving along with solid analytical skills understanding of business process and systems optimization;
Relevant working experience in a multi-national company or Chinese enterprise is desirable;
Works well under pressure with a self-starter mentality, capable of working independently, strong decision-making and time management skills;
Permanent residency in the Netherlands is a plus.
