Job Responsibilities
As a Service Manager you are responsible for delivering an excellent service experience to our customers, managing day-to-day operations, and developing appropriate standards and processes to continuously enhance the overall service experience. This position interacts with all relevant departments and our other offices in Europe to provide and process information in response to technical inquiries, concerns, complaints, and other product-related questions.
Key Responsibilities
• Customer Focus: Support retailers (B2B) via phone or electronically with concerns or complaints.
• Service Level Management: Manage service level agreements.
• Operational Excellence: Understand and oversee every aspect of the service centre’s performance.
• Technical Support: Advise and follow up with customers on electric motors technical queries (scooters mainly).
• Issue Resolution: Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.
• Internal Coordination: Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
• Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with kick scooter retailers and service centres.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical field
Excellent knowledge of customer service principles and practic
Technological acumen for the e-mobility industry and technical background required
Technical acumen is required – you must develop a comprehensive knowledge of all Segway products
Coming from eScooter business is a plus
Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment
Fluent in Chinese, English and French, verbal and written
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel mostly (mandatory)
Customer-driven mindset
Strong problem analysis and problem-solving abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Data collection and organization skills
Ability to tolerate and manage stress
