We have several HR positions available, and the specific focus areas will be aligned with each candidate’s background, strengths, and career interests. Job Responsibilities
Depending on your profile and preferences, your scope may include:
1. Manage end-to-end hiring processes, partner with hiring managers, build candidate pipelines, and support employer branding initiatives.
2. Provide day-to-day employee support, help solve workplace issues, and maintain a positive and compliant working environment.
3. Assist in designing and implementing training programs, performance management cycles, and career development frameworks.
4. Support internal communication, organize company events, and help foster a strong and engaging workplace culture.
5. Contribute to daily HR tasks and processes that ensure organizational efficiency and scalability.
1. Candidates with headhunting or in-house recruitment experience will be considered a strong plus.
2. A genuine passion and long-term interest in the HR field.
3. Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
4. Fast learner with strong adaptability and quick thinking.
5. Highly motivated, proactive, and driven—ambition is strongly valued.
Open to both entry-level and experienced candidates; responsibilities and seniority will be matched accordingly.
