Job Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in data engineering;

  • Insights into commonly used quant data and experience with alternative data;
  • Experience with LLM is a bonus.

Senior Software Engineer (C++)

  • Architect and Develop: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance C++ applications for trading systems, ensuring scalability, robustness, and low-latency performance;

Job Requirements:

  • System Architecture: Demonstrated experience in system-level architecture design for trading or other performance-critical environments;
  • Optimization Techniques: Extensive experience with low-latency optimizations, profiling, and performance tuning;
  • Leadership: Previous experience as a people manager or technical lead, demonstrate examples of leading engineers on different projects;
  • Communication and Collaboration Skills: Strong ability to drive collaboration and work with cross-disciplinary teams, including FPGA engineers and network specialists;
  • Debugging and Tooling: Familiarity with advanced debugging tools and performance analysis techniques;
  • Financial Knowledge: Understanding of financial products and trading systems is preferred.

Financial Operations Associate, Derivatives

Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the buildout and eventual oversight of the firm’s swap and financing reconciliations, including swap resets, pay-to-holds, PB financing, repo financing, etc.;
  • Investigate and resolve breaks stemming from the firm’s daily and monthly reconciliations;
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and work with technology to implement those;
  • Assist with the continued development of the firm’s back-office infrastructure and finding value-add opportunities to further leverage this infrastructure;
  • Collaborate across multiple stakeholders, including other parts of the back office and technology;
  • Assist in creating written processes and procedures;  
  • Act as an escalation point for any finance operational issues;
  • Other duties as assigned or needed.

Job Requirements:
  • A background in equity and/or equity-linked derivative operations and portfolio financing;
  • Deep asset class knowledge, including life cycle events, for Total Return Swaps;
  • Strong project management and business analysis experience within trade operations;
  • Demonstrated examples working with technology to improve processes;
  • Comfort reviewing large sets of data with limited direction;
  • Accomplished communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to effectively communicate (written and verbal) in English to both internal and external contacts on a global basis;
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred as a plus skill, enabling effective communication with Mandarin-speaking counter parties;
  • At least 5+ year’s work experience preferred in a trade operations or reconciliation role;
  • Excellent organizational and critical thinking skills;
  • Experience managing a small team and/or function is a plus;
  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance or related fields;

Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing onsite vendors (food, beverage, engineers, cleaning staff), regularly review and negotiate agreements and oversee facility maintenance and day-to-day operations;
  • Be responsible for reception and conference room coordination (screen incoming calls, greet guests, prepare conference rooms and help operate VC equipment);
  • Collaborate with Tech Services team to plan out desk spaces, people moves and visitor facilitation;
  • Collaborate with the Global Workplace Services team on travel, events, food & beverage offerings, swag ideas and global projects;
  • Partner with the wider People Operations team to identify opportunities to enhance & create a positive, productive environment which is aligned with our culture and values;
  • Collaborate with managers and teams on researching, planning and running in-office and off-site employee events and team bonding opportunities;
  • Provide light accounting support such as cross-checking team invoices, reconciling transactions on the company credit card and liaising with our Accounts Payable team on team invoices and annual team spend reporting;
  • Other duties as assigned or needed.

Job Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in business management or related field (or equivalent experience and training);
  • At least 3 years of previous administrative experience;
  • Strong customer service skills and a professional manner;
  • An ability to work independently and multi-task effectively;
  • A keen eye for detail, excellent prioritization, organisation and time management abilities;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Competency across Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
  • To interact with external and internal individuals effectively, maintaining composure during stressful situations;
  • To be comfortable working onsite five days per week;
  • Reliable and predictable availabilit.
