Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct market, industry, and company research to identify opportunities and risks;

• Source and screen potential investment deals;

• Support M&A process, including LOI, due diligence, and integration work;

• Build and maintain financial and valuation models (DCF, comps, etc.);

• Prepare investment memos, presentations, and transaction reports;

• Track market news and trends for investment insights;

• Handle confidential information with care and accuracy.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field;

• 0-3 years of experience in investment banking, PE, or corporate finance;

• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills;

• Familiar with M&A process and valuation methods;

• Proficient with databases (PitchBook, Capital IQ, Bloomberg) and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT);

• Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills;

• Highly organized with attention to detail.
