Application of LivingCell-Fluo Insight in Precision Assessment of Colorectal Cancer Organoid Models

By integrating our LivingCell-Fluo™ Organoid Viability Assay Kit (#E238004), bioGenous customers obtained the coefficient of variation (CV) for data reproducibility. A comparison of instrument precision through frequency deviation distribution plots demonstrated that LivingCell-Fluo Insight exhibits outstanding performance in data precision and consistency. Moreover, its sensitivity can accurately distinguish minute changes in organoid viability, reliably detecting even 2% deviations. This high-sensitivity detection capability significantly improves data quality and reliability, yielding more precise experimental results.

Application of LivingCell-Fluo Insight in 5-Fluorouracil Drug Screening

Using the Organoid Bioprinter high-throughput 3D gel printing system, pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma organoids and colorectal cancer organoids were precisely inoculated in 96-well plates. After treating the organoids with different concentrations of 5-fluorouracil, the Star-Map F1 organoid imaging system was used to perform three-dimensional imaging observation of the organoids in the 96-well plates. The results showed that the drug had significant cytotoxic effects on the cells. Subsequently, the LivingCell-Fluo Insight real-time organoid viability analyzer was used to detect cell viability in the 96-well plate samples. The software's one-click curve fitting function quickly generated IC50 values (PDC=0.8526μM, CRC=1.190μM) and automatically exported a complete experimental report.

Application of LivingCell-Fluo Insight in Monitoring Human Cholangiocyte Organoid Growth

During the cultivation and biobanking of organoids, monitoring their viability and growth status is crucial. We employed LivingCell-Fluo Insight to perform consecutive viability assessments of human cholangiocyte organoids at two-day intervals, enabling evaluation of their growth status and continuous monitoring. The LivingCell-Fluo Insight real-time organoid viability analyzer data processing system can automatically calculate growth rates across different detection periods with one-click operation, facilitating in-depth analysis of cellular growth conditions.
