阿尔伯特
Albert
在人类进入天空以前，科学家先把其他的灵长类动物送上太空进行试验。在美国的航天史上，从1948至1969年以及1985年，先后共有五只“阿尔伯特”系列恒河猴被送上太空。In the early days of the American space program, there were four “Alberts” who died in our rockets. Eventually a monkey named Yorik lived through the ordeal.

愚蠢的人类
Nowhere Fast
可怜的主角拼命踩踏板，只为挣脱头顶的棍棒。他不明白，唯一需要做的不过是停下来而已。This sculpture is themed around self abuse. Not the intentional kind mind you, but the unwitting variety.

Homunculus
在机器人的心脏部位有一名小小工程师，你看见了吗？取名侏儒，曰以小取大。“This is another look at a favorite theme of mine: little people operating big people. ”

Party of One
在闪亮的灯光后面，是看不见的孤单和颓废。作者自己最喜欢的作品之一，“I consider this to be one of my most ‘ fabulous’ pieces.”

太空幻影
Space Mirage
爱看各种科幻片的男生，脑子里总会有很多的画面。作者就把小时候的便当盒，YY成这个样子了。“ I know I had a few of the Star Wars variety, and I would have killed for one that was animated as this one is.”

丛林系列
森林探险
In the Forest
科幻小说给的不仅是想象的空间，还有创作的灵感。“I tend to think of these little dioramas as scenes from the (imagined) films in my head.”

蜂巢
The Nest
有趣的是，蜂巢里的人看起来很惬意，他们是搭蜜蜂的顺风车，亦或是蜜蜂的盘中餐？“Are they getting a ride, or are they food? I like the ambiguity of this one.”

螳螂
Praying Mantis
螳螂拥有矫健的身形，充满攻击性，但同时弱点也十分明显。“One of the coolest creatures nature has to offer. I feel it is a good balance of beauty, menace and vulnerability.”

兔之眼
Leporid Eye
这个作品是根据兔子的拉丁名字命名的，略带俏皮与神秘感。“This piece gets its name from the latin designation for Rabbit which is ‘Leporidae’. I simply can’t resist the opportunity to make a pun.”

攀登者
The Climber
勇者，敢攀高峰。对细节的要求，常使任务变得更加困难。“ It is rare that I can accomplish this, but I was able to scrounge up enough of the raw elements necessary to pull it off.”

海洋系列
鲨鱼潜艇
Megalodon
作者最杰出的作品之一。远看是条鲨鱼，走近就会发现是飞船和潜艇集合，里面有许多“员工”在各司其职。“ This piece appears to be a Shark from a distance. Closer inspection reveals it to be part submarine, part spaceship, teeming with the activity of its crew working at their respective tasks. ”

使用材料：作品主体是一个F-94轰炸机的燃油箱，也包含其他飞机零部件（散热片，支架，机械部件），再加无数的家庭和工业物品（如汤匙、真空管，马达，电动工具等）
独角鲸
Drill Baby Drill
独角鲸绝对是自然界最为神秘的存在之一。他们生活在遥远而严峻寒冷的北极，雄性独角鲸长有长而呈螺旋状的长牙，让它们比世界上任何生物都要接近传说中独角兽的形象。The Narwal has always been one of natures more peculiar creatures. This one is portrayed as perhaps a little more menacing than they would appear in nature.

尼莫船长 1号
Captain Nemo #1
尼莫船长，也称达卡王子，是著名科幻小说《海底两万里》里的潜艇“鹦鹉螺”号舰长。梦幻的LED灯让里面有全息投影的即视感。 The LEDs surrounding it and the green plastic covering it make it look very much like a hologram.

尼莫船长 3号
Captain Nemo #3
巧的是，作者也叫Nemo，不过他是个反英雄主义者。这个作品里，尼莫船长的潜艇遇到了它最大的敌人：巨型乌贼。“This is the latest in an ongoing series of works that portray this character as he faces his greatest foe: the Giant Squid.”

章鱼，乌贼和鹦鹉螺
Octopus,Cuttlefish,Nautilus
章鱼，乌贼和鹦鹉螺是环保系列作品， 2014年在蒙特雷湾水族馆（Monterey Bay Aquarium）的“Tentacles”展览上展出，暗喻着环境污染对海洋生物造成的破坏。"This is of one of three dioramas that were commissioned by the Monterey Bay Aquarium for their exhibit ‘Tentacles: The Astounding Lives of Octopuses, Squid and Cuttlefishes.’ "

关于作者
Nemo Gould ,美国著名动力雕塑艺术家， 2000年硕士毕业于加州大学伯克利分校（University of California-Berkeley）艺术专业。他的作品在圣何塞艺术博物馆（San Jose Museum of Art，位于硅谷）、伯克利艺术博物馆（Berkeley Art Museum）、亞利桑那青年博物館(Arizona Museum For Youth)等多个博物馆均有展出。美国探索频道（Discovery Channel）、创客杂志（Makezine）、连线杂志（Wired）也有很多报道。
对Nemo而言，保持好奇心和创造力，是活着的全部意义。
