The Company offered 558 MM shares at RMB 2.34 per share and raised RMB 1.306 Bn. As the world’s largest independent port operator for major dry bulk cargo, Qinhuangdao Port is a main hub port for coal diversion from west to the east and from north to south that carries out the important task of energy transportation in China, which is strategic importance to the nation’s economy.
