According to Wind’s H1 2018 securitization statistics, CICC ranked No.3 with an underwriting volume of RMB 59.45 billion, which was 8.8% of the market. During the first half of 2018, CICC’s securitization business ranked No.1 in the exchange market, No.4 in the China Interbank Market.
Securitization business of CICC FICC (Fixed Income, Commodities and Currencies, "FICC") has maintained a sound momentum of development. FICC issued 31 ABS with a transaction size of RMB 140.74 billion in H1 2018 and issued 88 ABS with a transaction size of RMB 269.66 billion since 2015 by the end of H1 2018.
ABS transactions issued by FICC are listed in Shanghai Stock Exchange, Shenzhen Stock Exchange, Chinese Interbank Market, NAFMII, Yindeng Center, etc. The underlying assets of FICC’s ABS deals include consumer finance assets, residential mortgage loans, leasing assets and fee income rights.
