We are seeking a dedicated educator with expertise in psychology, sciences, and English as a Second Language (ESL) instruction.
Position:
Psychology, Biology & Chemistry Instructor (dual-subject teaching required) and ESL Instructor
Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver engaging lessons in psychology, biology, chemistry, and ESL aligned with the school's curriculum.
Support non-native English speakers in developing reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
Employ diverse teaching methods to accommodate varying learning styles and language proficiencies.
Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and observations, providing constructive feedback.
Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment with effective management strategies.
Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects and activities.
Participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and ongoing professional development.
Stay current with educational best practices and psychological research.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
TEFL/TESOL certification.
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in psychology, ESL, or related subjects, preferably at the high school level.
Strong English proficiency with excellent communication skills.
Familiarity with ESL teaching strategies and challenges.
Commitment to professional growth and collaborative work in a multicultural environment.
Legal eligibility to work in China.
Compensation & Benefits:
Monthly salary: 22,000–28,000 RMB (pre-tax)
Paid Chinese public holidays
Winter holiday (3-4 weeks): 80% salary
Summer holiday (4-6 weeks): 80%-100% salary (based on contract renewal or performance)
Free apartment or housing allowance
Medical and accident insurance
Flight allowance: 9,000 RMB upon contract completion
Working hours: Monday–Friday, 15-20 classes/week (40 minutes per class)
Student grades: 10–12
Class size: 25–30 students
