To ensure all delegates can check in smoothly and focus on the conference, we have secured partnerships with 3 hotels (details below); as November marks the peak tourist season in Sanya, hotel accommodations will be in high demand, so we kindly ask all delegates to make your reservations in advance, and you may reserve a room through either of the following channels: 1. Contact the hotel directly to book your room; 2. Authorize the conference secretariat to make the reservation on your behalf. Please note that if a reserved room is canceled, the hotel will impose a penalty for the cancellation, therefore, delegates who opt for reservation via the conference secretariat are required to pay a deposit of RMB 500.00, which will be fully refunded to you upon check-in but will not be refunded if you fail to check in after the reservation is confirmed.
