Change of the Company's Name
公司名称变更
If the name of a company changes, the company shall apply for registration of change within 30 days from the date of making the resolution or decision on change.
公司名称如果发生变更，应当自变更决议或者决定作出之日起30日内申请变更登记。

What documents are needed for changing the name?
Before application, the relevant person in charge of the company shall prepare the company’s name approval notice, online name changing pre-approval notice, the original identity card of the agent, the original business license and company’s official seal.
申请前，请公司相关负责人准备公司核名通知书、网上名称变更预核名通知书、经办人身份证原件、营业执照原件、公章；
When the company is applying for the name-changing in the relevant departments, it shall submit application for change, copies of identity documents of the legal person and shareholders, original identity document of the agent, articles of association, power of attorney, certificate of property rights, company's name approval notice, “directory of shareholders”, “directors, managers, supervisors”, “payment form of registered capital”, and equity transfer agreement.
去往相关部门申请变更时，公司应当递交变更申请书、法人及股东身份证件复印件、经办人身份证件原件、公司章程、授权委托书、产权证明、核名通知书、《股东名录》、《董事、经理、监事成员名录》、《注册资金缴付情况表》、股权转让协议；
Please remember to take the acceptance receipt and the original identity documents of the agent after the application is completed.

What documents are needed for changing the company's legal representative?
According to the rules of the company’s articles of association, the company shall submit the dismissal certificate of the former legal representative, the employment certificate of the new legal representative, and copies of the valid identity documents of the two people.
根据公司章程的规定，公司需要提交原任法定代表人的免职证明，新任法定代表人的任职证明，及两人的有效身份证件复印件。
