柑橘    

Citrus    

年产量超 80 万吨，拥有东江湖蜜橘、永兴冰糖橙、宜章脐橙等知名品种。其中，东江湖蜜橘为国家地理标志产品，果皮薄、果肉多汁，采用网室栽培技术减少农药使用；永兴冰糖橙获 “中国十大柑橘” 称号，可溶性固形物含量达 13.5%，维生素 C 含量 59.7mg/100ml，口感清甜无涩，在东南亚市场广受青睐；宜章脐橙平均甜度 15°，通过有机认证与碳足迹认证，多次在全国农展会上斩获金奖。

除此之外还有其他特色水果，例如本土培育的草莓果肉饱满香甜，依托当地温润的气候和肥沃土壤，果实色泽鲜亮、果香浓郁，是秋冬季节热门鲜果；郴州产的李子也颇具口碑，果实圆润饱满、酸甜适口，部分产区的李子还凭借优良品质进入了周边省市的商超渠道，成为当地水果产业多元化发展的重要补充。

With an annual output of over 800,000 tons, it has well-known varieties such as Dongjiang Lake Mandarin, Yongxing Rock Sugar Orange, and Yizhang Navel Orange. Among them, Dongjiang Lake Mandarin is a national geographical indication product with thin skin and juicy flesh, using net-house cultivation technology to reduce pesticide use; Yongxing Rock Sugar Orange has won the title of "Top 10 Citrus in China", with a soluble solid content of 13.5% and a vitamin C content of 59.7mg/100ml, featuring a sweet and non-astringent taste, which is very popular in the Southeast Asian market; Yizhang Navel Orange has an average sweetness of 15°, obtained organic certification and carbon footprint certification, and has won gold medals in national agricultural exhibitions for many times.

In addition to these, there are other characteristic fruits. For example, the locally cultivated strawberries have plump and sweet flesh. Relying on the region's mild climate and fertile soil, the fruits have bright color and rich aroma, making them popular fresh fruits in autumn and winter. Plums produced in Chenzhou also enjoy a good reputation, with round and plump fruits that are sweet and sour to the taste. Plums from some producing areas have entered the supermarket channels of surrounding provinces and cities due to their excellent quality, becoming an important supplement to the diversified development of the local fruit industry.

年产量 372 万吨，培育 “湘赣红”“湘江源” 两大省级知名品牌，其中 “湘江源” 蔬菜授权基地达 57 个，数量居湖南省首位。代表性产品大冲辣椒，果皮鲜红、质地脆嫩、辣度醇厚，是制作酱料与调味品的优质原料；各类叶菜采用每日采收模式，通过高铁 2 小时内直达粤港澳大湾区，依托物联网技术实现全流程可追溯。

With an annual output of 3.72 million tons, it has cultivated two provincial-level well-known brands, "Xiangganhong" and "Xiangjiangyuan". Among them, the number of authorized bases for "Xiangjiangyuan" vegetables reaches 57, ranking first in Hunan Province. The representative product, Dachong Chili, has bright red skin, crisp texture, and mellow spiciness, making it a high-quality raw material for sauces and condiments; various leafy vegetables are harvested daily and delivered to the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area within 2 hours via high-speed rail, and the whole process can be traced relying on IoT technology.

年产量 1.64 万吨，汝城白毛茶为核心特色产品，被誉为 “绿色灵丹、茶中明珠”，茶多酚含量高于普通茶叶，香气独特且回甘持久，曾获 “杂交水稻之父” 袁隆平 “香飘白毛” 的赞誉。

With an annual output of 16,400 tons, Rucheng White Hair Tea is the core characteristic product, known as "Green Elixir, Pearl in Tea". Its tea polyphenol content is higher than that of ordinary tea, with a unique aroma and long-lasting sweet aftertaste, and has won the praise of Yuan Longping, the "Father of Hybrid Rice", as "Fragrant White Down".

年产量 38 万吨，安仁枳壳为国家地理标志产品，依托富含矿物质的土壤生长，有效成分含量高，广泛应用于全球医药与保健品领域。

With an annual output of 380,000 tons, Anren Trifoliate Orange Peel is a national geographical indication product, growing on mineral-rich soil with high content of active ingredients, and is widely used in the global pharmaceutical and health product fields.

生猪产业规模位居前列，年出栏量超 585 万头，肉质鲜嫩紧实，为食材供应提供稳定保障；临武鸭作为地方名禽，风味独特、肉质紧实，适配预制菜研发、冻品加工等多元市场场景，是兼具地域特色与实用价值的优质农产代表。

The scale of the live pig industry ranks among the top, with an annual output of over 5.85 million head. The pork is tender and firm, providing a stable guarantee for food supply. As a local famous poultry breed, Linwu Duck has a unique flavor and firm meat.
