视频中，一名戴着墨镜、身着衬衫西裤、手拿皮包的外国男子，背对着镜头、正与一名身穿保安制服的工作人员对话，他用并不流利的汉语说“我会告诉他们，是你不让我参加会议。”而保安则边为其指明方向边解释道“我没有不让你参加，我是说50米左拐东侧门才是光华新楼。”
要去北京大学开会，因无证件被拦在校门外，一名外国人愤怒之下用脏话“Just fucking go.”(你滚开)辱骂保安小张，小张回呛“说脏话是没有教养的表现”。
这段长度约1分钟的视频，在网上引起了不小的关注。网友为保安点赞，也有网友对老外行为进行指责。保安小张也因此事被队长“训斥”，称这样不好。
