“创意合肥——2018合肥城市单年展”在合肥金融港园满落幕，黄立平董事长为本展作序。
中国当代艺术是改革开放的产物，也是进一步深化改革，扩大开放的动力。致力于让当代艺术走向大众的合美术馆正积极探索艺术活动通过各种公共空间，以互动方式直接进入城市生活的传播路径。
合肥金融港，既是合肥市滨湖新区重要的城市地标，也是充满活力的产业引擎。其规划思想与建筑设计理念，聚焦于开放、融合与共生，即以整体开放的空间形态，促进城市与产业动能融合，科技与艺术气质融合，进而营造出人类活动与自然环境共生，大中小微企业协调共生的城市文明系统。

艺术的公共性决定了——在城市空间规划和产业规划环境，乃至项目建设和营运管理环节，艺术的智慧和特性都不能缺席。无论是建筑、雕塑、装置还是各种新媒介艺术型态，都应该有机互映，呈现在城市一切公共空间中，共同赋予这座城市新的视觉文化时代内涵，成为构建城市精神的载体。
共生属性是人类的本质属性，是人类对生存环境和状态的自觉选择——人类智慧和道德的根源也发轫于此。首先，人与禽畜、植物乃至微生物的相互适应、相互依赖，互为有利的共生现象是人类生存繁衍的基础；其次，生产、生活、生态的共生状态是人类追求美好生活的基础；第三，不同文化背景，不同经营规模，不同行业的企业的跨界共生文化环境是实现创新驱动发展、新旧动能转换的基础。
我相信，“共生的力量”主题艺术活动将会为培育城市创新文化发挥建设性作用；今天的合肥，平添了一股脱俗的力量。

The Chinese contemporary art is the product of the reform and opening-up policy, which is also in turn the impetus for further innovation and opening-up. The Hefei Art Gallery, devoted to bringing the contemporary art to the public, is actively seeking for the paths to spread the art activities directly to urban living via all kinds of public spaces and by means of interaction.
Hefei Financial Harbor, an important coordinate of the Binhu New District of Hefei City, is also the active engine for the development of the industries. It is planned and designed in a concept that focuses on opening, integration and co-existence, that is, facilitate the integration of the city and industrial energy in an integrally-opened space, and the integration of technology and art, so as to build a civilized urban system where the human activities coexist harmoniously with the natural environment and the large enterprises with the small and tiny enterprises.

The publicity of art determines that the artistic intelligence and characters is absolutely necessary in the urban space planning and industrial planning environment, same way in the project construction and operation management processes. All art forms, including buildings, sculptures, devices or other new media, should be reflected in an organic unit and presented into all public space of city, giving a new time meaning to the visual culture of the city, and contributes into a carrier of the urban spirit.

Co-existence is the essential attribute of human beings. It is the spontaneous choice of humans towards the living environment and living status, which is how the intelligence and morality of humans are originated. First, the mutual co-adaptation and mutual dependence of humans, animals, plants and microorganisms, and the mutually-favorable existence is the basis for the survival and reproduction of humans; Second, the co-existence of production, living and ecology is the basis of the humans in pursuit of good living; Third, the cultural environment of cross-boundary co-existence of enterprises with different cultural backgrounds, in different scales of operation and in different sectors is the basis to realize innovation-driven development and the old and new kinetic energy conversion.
