The BPS DrMOS is widely applicable to operating conditions with an input voltage of 3V-24V and a load of 50A-90A, with a working frequency of up to 1.5MHz. It can meet the power supply requirements of high-wattage, high-efficiency, and high-power-density chips, achieve high-frequency miniaturized power supply solutions, and deliver excellent performance in thermal management and EMI (Electromagnetic Interference) suppression.

Precision Detection, Intelligent Protection
The chip integrates a current detection circuit with a gain of 5μA/A or 10μA/A, delivering excellent current sampling accuracy and transient response performance. Meanwhile, an on-chip temperature detection circuit provides real-time junction temperature monitoring and protection alarms. These two functions quickly and accurately transmit power-stage current and temperature data, enabling fast interconnection with the processor load and precise closed-loop regulation of processor power.
The BPS DrMOS supports comprehensive protection functions, including Over-Temperature Protection (OTP), Over-Current Protection (OCP), High-side MOSFET Short Protection, and Under-Voltage Lockout (UVLO), ensuring the operational safety of the entire power supply system.

Ultra-Low Quiescent Power Consumption, Fast Response
