On November 8, 2025, Chinese and foreign guests gathered at the Gubei Civic Center in Changning District, Shanghai, for the grand opening of the 6th "Employment, Entrepreneurship, Enterprise" (3E) International Fair. With the theme "Intelligence Gathers at the Best Hongqiao · Leading the New Future", the conference was hosted by Hongqiao Sub-district of Changning District and organized by Shanghai Family Life Service Center (TEC Program) and the Global Shapers Community – Shanghai Zizhu Hub of the World Economic Forum. It aims to further develop the integrated international talent cooperation platform focusing on "employment, entrepreneurship, and enterprise", and promote Hongqiao in Changning District to build a model of an international community characterized by openness, inclusiveness, and integrated coexistence.

2025年11月8日，上海长宁区古北市民中心汇聚中外嘉宾，第六届“就业·创业·兴业”（3E）国际人才交流会隆重举行。活动以“智汇最虹桥·赢领新未来”为主题，由长宁区虹桥街道主办，上海爱满家家庭服务中心（TEC项目）和世界经济论坛全球杰出青年社区—上海紫竹承办，旨在深化“就业、创业、兴业”一体化国际人才合作平台建设，推动长宁虹桥打造开放包容、融合共生的国际社区样本。

As a long-term partner and co-organizer of this year’s event, Ms. Lina Chuang, chairperson of Shanghai Family Life Service Center (TEC Program), stated in her speech that since settling in Changning in 2018, TEC has always "vibrated in sync" with the land of Hongqiao. It has actively participated in the construction and operation of the Hongqiao Overseas Talent Hub, and jointly built a "one-stop international talent service platform".

作为长期合作伙伴与本届活动承办方，上海爱满家家庭服务中心（The Expatriate Center, 简称TEC）主席庄青女士在致辞中表示，自2018年落户长宁以来，TEC始终与虹桥这片土地“同频共振”，积极参与虹桥海外人才荟的建设与运营，共同打造“一站式国际人才服务平台”。

"We have witnessed Hongqiao grow from an open community to a highland for international talents, and deeply felt Changning’s respect and inclusiveness towards diverse cultures and international communities," said Lina. "The significance of the 3E events lies in helping more aspiring people understand China’s employment policies and entrepreneurial environment, building a bridge among the government, enterprises, and society, and enabling more international friends to find their development direction and sense of belonging in their life here."

“我们见证了虹桥从开放社区成长为国际人才高地，也深深感受到长宁对多元文化与国际社群的尊重与包容。”庄青表示，“‘三业’活动的意义在于帮助更多有志之士了解中国的就业政策与创业环境，搭建政、企、社的桥梁，让更多国际友人在这里找到发展的方向与生活的归属。”

Centering on the three core themes of "Employment, Entrepreneurship, and Enterprise" (3E), TEC and Hongqiao Sub-district have continuously built a diverse community ecosystem. They have launched a series of empowerment programs such as "Vibrant Women", "Resourceful Men", and "Children's Club", which focus on women's mental health and career growth, balance men's roles in career and family, and provide leadership training and policy interpretation for young people and international students.

围绕“就业、创业、兴业”三大主题，TEC与虹桥街道持续打造多元社群生态，推出“活悦女性”、“睿力男性”、“童心荟”等系列赋能项目，关注女性心理健康与职业成长，平衡男性的事业与家庭角色，并为青年与国际留学生提供领导力培训与政策解读。

During this event, TEC, in collaboration with relevant authorities, launched the "Hongqiao·Link" Family Empowerment Program. This initiative further integrates the concept of "Home" into the international talent service system, forming a full-chain ecosystem that covers individual growth to family support, and career development to community integration.

在此次活动中，TEC联合相关部门启动了“虹桥·邻光 HongQiao·Link”家庭赋能项目，进一步将“家”的理念融入国际人才服务体系，形成从个人成长到家庭支持、从职业发展到社区融入的全链路生态。

The 3E event this year has received support from multiple parties, including the CPC Changning District Committee, Changning District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Changning District Talent Work Bureau, and Shanghai People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries. At the event site, key projects such as the "Best Hongqiao HR Association" and "Hongqiao·CoLab International Talent Co-creation Laboratory" were launched simultaneously, marking that government-enterprise cooperation has entered a higher stage.

本届“三业”活动获得长宁区委、区人社局、区人才工作局及上海市人民对外友好协会等多方支持。活动现场同步启动了“最虹桥HR联谊会”、“虹桥·科籁国际人才共创实验室”等重点项目，标志着政企合作迈入更高阶段。

Representatives from government departments, enterprise institutions, and the international community all stated that as a bridge organization for international communities, TEC not only helps enterprises achieve internationalization but also serves as an important link for Chinese and foreign residents to understand each other and jointly build a harmonious community.

来自政府部门、企业机构及国际社区的代表纷纷表示，TEC作为国际社群桥梁机构，不仅助力企业国际化，也成为中外居民了解彼此、共建和谐社区的重要纽带。

"May every friend living and working here feel that 'this is home'." Ms. Zhuang Qing stated at the end of her speech.

“让每一位在这里生活、工作的朋友都能感受到‘这里就是家’。”庄青在发言最后表示。

In the future, TEC will continue to uphold its mission of "taking home as the core and love as the driving force". It will work hand in hand with the government, enterprises, and all sectors of society to build a warmer international community ecosystem, making Hongqiao an ideal place where international talents can "settle in peace, pursue careers with peace of mind, and build a home with comfort".
